We received a lovely bed and mattress for our daughter and she is super happy with her first double bed. This is the second bed we have purchased and really happy with the overall experience. Definitely would use again.

Amazing service from start to finish. Ordered my bed on Boxing Day and a week later we had it. I paid extra for the set up fee and I couldn’t be anymore happier with that decision! Exactly what I asked for. Would definitely recommend and have told all my friends about Bedsnk!

We ordered a lovely ottoman king size bed with 60" headboard and were advised that it may need to arrive split in two halves for assembly as it may not fit up our stairs. I agreed and opted for the option to deliver the bed to the intended room (3rd floor).

The bed was delivered in a timely manner however the couriers (U&A Supplies Ltd - Luke Couriers) arrived and stated that the headboard had been delivered whole and that they had no intention of taking it upstairs (until they called the supplier and confirmed that I had indeed paid for delivery to the room).

They were then in an awful mood and handled all the pieces carelessly and unprofessionally - talking to me in an angry manner as though it was my fault. They struggled to fit the headboad up the stairs and resorted to punching it to the get it up. They damaged all of our walls with the metal bed frame as one man was carrying it solo and would not listen to me when I asked him to be very careful. I even had to hold my hand between the piece and the wall at one point which bruised my hand and still ended up puncturing through the plaster.

Both men asked very intrusive questions about mine and my partner's careers - stating that they were curious of 'how we could afford our house'. I am a young female in my 20s and was alone at the time of delivery and they made me feel intimidated and disrepected.

I had photos of all the damage for proof and sent these to Bedsnk who told me I would need to complain through the courier and gave me their phone number (Bedsnk policy does in fact state tat they are not liable so that was fine but the courier had no website).

The courier would not claim any responsibilty and stopped responding to me and would not let me file a complaint and so we had to spend £200 on the damages to our walls - even though I had written details of the damage of the goods received receipt.

Bedsnk did send a video to help build the bed and the quality of the bed is amazing so good products.

However, I am very upset about the courier they have chosen and the lack of support when disclosing the treament I was shown upon delivery. I believe they should have helped to file a complaint with the company and question who they are using as I can't imagine this is the first instance.

Bed was brought well within delivery times and was surprisingly easy to build on my own. Great service and very good quality beds and mattresses. Would recommend to anyone

Very happy with my purchase bed came nice and quick communication was great I had an update on delivery and then after purchasing I had a few questions about assembly and didn’t have to wait long on reply.

The bed is ok but I wouldn’t say it’s anything special. It looks lovely but the quality is less than adequate but I suppose that’s reflected in the price.
The company customer service was a bit odd too, I ordered fabric samples and the owner or someone who worked for them kept on ringing and texting me asking when I was going to purchase which felt pushy and a bit desperate. The bed footer also broke after it had just been put up and they did come back to fix it but only after they pushed the blame on to someone else and tried to wriggle out of fixing it. The mattresses aren’t great but ok for a short period. Storage is good on the ottoman beds though. I’d only ever use BedsNK again if I wanted a cheap bed that was going in a spare room or something but they do look pretty so depends on what you want.

Received my bed and was very happy with it.

Paid extra for Assembly and this was done very fast.

Highly recommend bedsnk for the price and service.

Will be buying another one for the other room.

Fantastic service and extremely happy with my new bed! Regular contact was kept and colour of my bed and all other details was confirmed. Delivery was quick and was kept up to date with when the delivery would be! Highly recommend!

Lovely bed, great communication from start to finish and super quick delivery. Even checked if headboard would fit up the stairs and double checked I liked the colour that I’d picked. After sales communication great too. Checked if we had any problems setting up the bed. Top company

Honestly one of the best beds I’ve ever purchased. Looks better in person, the quality is insane! Customer service were very helpful from arranging delivery to help with the assembly of the bed. Extremely straight forward to set up. Will definitely be ordering from Bedsnk from now on :)

The communication was excellent from the team front the point of enquiry to delivery. I Ordered the Nina piping bed in super king size and Haider messaged to give me advice regarding the customisation of the bed and the need to make specific adjustments which turned out really well. Great quality and price too!

Ordered the Parker king size ottoman bed & 54 inch headboard in light grey. Wow, the bed & headboard are stunning. The fabric is supersoft and luxurious, it looks so beautiful in my bedroom. Huge amount of storage in the ottoman. Delivery guys were great and their customer service is brilliant. Will be ordering a single in January, so very happy with my new bed.

Super quick & easy service. Bedsnk answered every question I had promptly via Whatsapp and my bed was delivered within 1 week. I ordered the Sahara bed which is very sturdy and looks much better in person. I received updates throughout the process from Haider and delivery drivers.

When the bed was being put together, a lovely gentleman answered his phone on a Sunday evening to give us some advice. Beds NK were amazing throughout my experience with them when ordering a new bed and mattress. Their response times are excellent and keep you updated on your order without having to ask!
