Got my bed delivered today come in less than 2 weeks and the guys set it up so quickly! Bed come exactly as pictured! Really happy

Delivered in 2 weeks! Courier brought it upstairs and I installed it myself. Foolproof install!

I'm very happy with my bed, and the overall service. They made me a bespoke bed that wasn't on their website, and had it delivered a week later! It's exactly what I asked for, the mattress is super comfortable, and the quality of the materials have exceeded my expectations. They even called prior to getting to me just to make sure I knew they were on their way. Communication was amazing, and they even checked up after the bed had been delivered to make sure I had set the bed up alright. I can't recommend them enough, and will definitely be ordering again when I need another bed.

Single handledly the worst shopping experience I have ever had online. Pure incompetence and horrendous customer service.
They sent me a bed with missing parts, one end higher than the other. Took forever to rectify the problem.

Got a full refund as per my consumer rights and order a bed from somewhere!

Excellent service, provided me with free samples and quick responses. Communication was very good and were happy to let me know when they were arriving as I had explained I won't be in!

Very good service and totally happy with my king size bed. Even rang before delivery to ensure it will fit in room and be able to get it up the stairway as the headboard was bigger than standard size. Will order again when I need another bed

The service from this company was excellent from the moment we ordered our bed to delivery.
The quality was very satisfactory and easy to put together.

I purchased the Sydney bed for my daughters room lovely bed built well very impressed. Great company too, delivered on the day that was given and even offered to put it together for me but the room wasn’t quite ready.

I seen a gorgeous bed that I just knew was the bed I needed for my room!!!
I ordered a 90” headboard, divan gas lift storage bed for an amazing price!! I was a little confused to whether the bed would fit up the stairs, so I did my measurements, and all was good as they made my headboard 2 separate pieces!!
The communication throughout was great!!!
The delivery was amazing and the men were very polite!!
I could not recommend this company enough!!
The only downfall is that I love the bed that much I want more of it!!!

Always available to answer questions, personally I used Instagram. Respond time fast. Also like that samples can be ordered for material, which is something many places don’t do.
Delivered in a reasonable time, updated regularly by the driver.
Good quality bed, I only ordered the frame, so wouldn’t be able to review quality of mattress.
Like that the bed comes with board base, rather than slats at no extra cost. Beat the price of seller I have used previously for similar beds and free delivery which again is an added bonus.

I’ve just had my divan bed delivered from Bedsnk and I’m so pleased! We really wanted a king size bed but the space in our room was very tight. I spoke to someone very helpful who assured me they could make the bed to the correct size which they did and it looks great! Really pleased with their brilliant service.
