Do not buy from this website I ordered some hair however it doesn’t match so I have emailed multiple times to try and get a refund and they do not reply so I have just wasted my money

Hair quality 10/10. Packaging and presentation 10/10. I finally feel like a brand isn’t cutting every possible corner. If you’ve been searching for a brand that puts passion and effort into their product I recommend. They even included the double sided tape, single sided tape, a comb, clips etc when they could have easily made you pay for them separately. Will post another review once I’ve worn the hair for a while. LOVE!!

C est mes premières extension j ai utilisé les produit chauffant je les ai lavé et niquel elles ont perdu un peu de leur couleur et brillance au lavage. Ça serait bien que le site propose des produits d entretien des extension et plusieurs type d extension par exemple des ponytail ou cheveux bouclé. Elle tirent un peu sur le cuir chevelu même elles sont dites exprès pour cheveux fin, après j ai pas moyen de comparaison. Cepedent effet naturel et l équipe qui aide au color match très réactive gentil et super compétant on m trouve la bonne couleur direct vraiment incroyable j ai été bleuffais donc si vous hésitez hesitez Plus posez leur la question ils sont douer

Arrived quickly. The tortoiseshell color is amazing. It's so hard to find cold browns with very light ashy blond highlights. And the hair itself is wonderful. Such good texture and keeps feeling and looking soft and shiny even after washing, heat styling, etc. Highly recommend.

I've purchased 3 sets of 22" tape in extensions over the last year and half. I aboslutely love this hair! It is strong and stays soft- even with curling every day. The packaging is great. The hair now comes in a cute green velvet bag inside a little white box.

When help was needed, this company replied super quickly. The whole interaction was very friendly and warm. The order was super neatly packed. The hair quality is wonderful, and the color match was also amazing. Very happy with my order, worth every cent.

The quality is incredible, there’s such a wide range of colour options, the response time is fast and the delivery was done so quickly from China to Australia. They remain very secure whilst wearing them. I have very fine hair and they blend so well. They are exactly as advertised. Would recommend this brand to everyone looking to buy extensions.

I have had these for just two months and the hair is dry tangled and not good quality for the price. I bought some a while back from Europe and the hair was still soft and tangle free over a year later. So cheap not great and I have taken care of them and use hair extension conditioner that has helped me with the other hair so yeah no

I had an HORRIBLE experience with them!!

I ordered my extension the weekend before my trip to the US, expecting it to arrive within 2-3 days since I PAID EXTRA for express shipping. However, I wasn’t informed about their 8-day holiday, which caused a 5-day delay. I left on Sunday, and my order would not arrive in time.

They didn’t really seem to care so I told them the least they could do was rerout my package. However, they were unable to do so. This left me with the impossible task of finding someone in an unfamiliar town to help me mail it to the new address. Obviously I was unable to do so and the package was lost.

I spent good money on those hair extensions, even on the express shipping and I NEVER received my order.
They didn’t even try to find a soultion. They’re lack of responsibility and care from their team says everything about this business, they’re not worth it…
There are plenty of great hair extension brands out there,
so do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time and money on this one.

Don't buy this hair...its not real hair its synthetic hair and not worth the cost. It will be ruined within 4 weeks and look dry, fried and you will have to take it out. The owner is very unsupportive and doesn't help with refund AT ALL. Do not buy this plastic Barbie doll feel hair. The models are PAID btw..not real people

I reached out to the company to see if shipping could be expedited due to an upcoming vacation/wedding they got back to me very quickly and got the extensions to me quicker than I even asked for, can not say enough good things. The extensions themselves are amazing, extremely flat bands as advertised they work amazing with my thin hair. Would recommend to everyone!
