Excellent customer service
The site has an excellent range of frames, and I was excited to find double certificate frames.
The quality of the frames is good. A star was lost as one frame was damaged in transit. BUT the issue was dealt with very efficiently.

Excellent frame
Excellent frame purchased. Very happy. Frame used to display double certificates. I'm really pleased & it looks fabulous. The silver colour works well in my living room. It's difficult to find such frames that are good quality, so I'm really pleased I came across this website. Also well packaged for delivery. Thank you.

The frames arrived well packaged and I am really pleased with the two frames I ordered and received.

Great frames but needs backing board
Great frames, excellent and quick service. However in the 3 picture frame the middle photo keeps slipping so it needs a backing board to hold the photos.

Thank you for your review. Did you by chance happen to read the enclosed instructions suggesting the use of masking tape to hold your photos in place? This will stop the photos from slipping. I will arrange to send a copy of these instructions by email in case you have mislaid them.

Good service. Lovely frame, well made and so nice to have real glass. Delivery was very quick too. Highly recommended.
