Good service, but I wish you had checked the details with me: I somehow selected the wrong dimensions for the photo mount as the non-standard 5x7.5 inches rather than the 5x7 inches I wanted.

Brilliant experience! Ordered a panoramic frame with a printed photo to be included and it arrived within 48hrs right before Christmas and looks great, thank you!

3. On redelivery, found the glass was smashed

The frame I ordered is just perfect. It looks amazing and even my husband has commented on how well it has been made. It holds two graduation photos beautifully. There was a little problem when the courier didn't mention he'd left my parcel two doors down, but Beaver Frames responded immediately. They immediately contacted the courier.

Customer service was fantastic. I had missed out a line of my address and it was sorted quickly and efficiently. The frame is great. Beautifully made and has excellent value for money. Framer would have cost me much more and this looks really professional!

Have used Beaver Frames several times both buying the frames alone as well as using their print service and have always been chuffed to bits how the work has come out, both photography and illustration. Along with their high quality, I've always had my order arrive incredibly quickly. Couldn't recommend them enough for the service they provide makes it worth every penny you spend with them.

Needed a mountboard for an odd sized photograph I wanted to put in an A4 frame. Beavers produce to your measurements on quality materials at a reasonable cost with swift, well packaged, delivery time.
