Great customer experience
Very customer focussed. When I wanted a watch that was different to those they had in stock they showed me a range online, ordered it in for me with no obligation, let me to try it on to see if I liked it, and then adjusted it to fit while I waited. They offered me a drink when I came to pick it up, and offered my husband one too when he came to join me, making the whole experience very relaxing. Highly recommended.

New tissot watch
I went to beverbrookes last week to purchase a new tissot watch and have my existing watch same make cleaned and serviced the young sales assistant was polite helpful and very knowledgeable ( Lauren) showed me various watches and I purchased one of these. It had a bracelet strap which they were able to adjust at the store in queens street Oxford. The older watch had to go back to tissot and will be ready in 6-10’weeks . The service was excellent throughout. I bought a diamond pendent in thr dance collection there last year the service was the same then. I would recommend this store for products of this type.
