Fantastic customer service from Luke. Had my watch strap adjusted and he was so friendly and welcoming. So impressed by our visit and would definitely return.

The sales team are so friendly and after I showed a screenshot of my items they quickly got them for me to view and eventually purchase which was such an easy process

Welcomed by a young man as soon as I entered, asked if I’d seen anything I liked, then asked to take a seat whilst he got another member of staff to get the items out of the window so I could take a closer look, then purchased my item, very friendly & helpuf

I was made to feel comfortable and important not only because they were hoping to make a sale but I felt it was genuine. I was buying a gold /diamond bracelet and because we are having so much trouble with scams today my bank refused the payment. No problem I left the store and they put my bracelet on hold for tomorrow. Tomorrow first thing I had a call from Barclays Bank asking if I had tried to make a purchase yesterday and I told them Yes and was told in 10mins i would be able to go get the bracelet. I went back to the store where I was given a Latte and sat with the very nice chap from yesterday and I made the purchase. I will go back to the store when I am ready to buy another piece of jewellry.

The personal service was excellent. It was such a lovely experience. I was treating myself to some jewellery and it felt very special.
