Ordered a ladies watch
Ordered a ladies watch. It was as described. Very happy with ut but it was a little loose so took it to the branch at bluewater. Good customer service and adjusted it there and then. Thank you

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Was shopping for a watch for my son's 18th. Staff were very informative and helpful but not pushy. Would highly recommend the Bluewater store.

Amazing Service
Wow what a great service the girl who served me was so lovely. Order my wedding ring but it’s sadly slightly too big. I can wear the ring for my wedding day and then advised I can take it back after and have it altered. Amazing service friendly staff and love my ring.

Brilliant service
From the moment I stepped into the shop the service was good. From sitting me down and asking me what I was looking for to the choice of necklaces shown in my price range. The lady serving me was friendly and attentive so thank you for a lovely service will definitely go there again.
