From the moment we walked through the door we were made to feel like our choices mattered, without any pressure. We left and came back so we could gather our thoughts and were again made to feel like we had as much time as we needed. The coffee and water for our dog were a bonus!

Just want to say a huge thank you to Alexis and Ben at the Beaverbrooks Blackpool store. They couldn't have been more helpful. It was a special, emotional and rare Oris watch purchase for me and they provided the perfect service, knowledgeable and helpful, patient and sharing their expert advice. Alexis went above and beyond to source a range of watches for me to try on in store on a day which was convenient for me. An absolute pleasure to deal with which made the whole process even more memorable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Alexis, Ben and the Beaverbrooks Blackpool team. I know they do brilliant work to support the local community too which adds the feelgood factor to any purchase too. I will definitely be back if I am in the market again. Five star service in every way. Thank you so much. Jonathan
