I ordered a pot of Dead Sea face cream
I ordered a pot of “Dead Sea Face cream”, it arrive eventually only to find a near empty pot, I have emailed the company but no reply at the moment, I will add to this review when/if they reply to me, I wish I could add pictures to this review, also I would give zero stars if I could.
Well, the company got back to me within 12 hours and were more than helpful, I was give an immediate refund and told the refund would be in my account straight away, it was probably damaged in transit but the company were very helpful, I will now update my rating to 4*

My order arrived safely and very promptly, and I was pleasantly surprised that I did not have to pay extra for the postage. As I am elderly and disabled, I cannot get to the shops easily, so it is useful for me to be able to order things on line.

Lipstick 💄
I brought 2 lipsticks from this company and the colours where not right and I got a call this morning of a lovely gentleman and he offered me my money back which was very nice of him I’m glad these Listen to us customers so that’s why I give them 5 Stars so thanks for your phone call and thank you for my money back 😀

We are sorry to hear that you faced this issue, it is clearly mentioned on our website that for overseas order the country of destination may charge custom duty which is payable buy the customer. Regarding the product being damaged we take utmost care to ensure that the products are pack well and do not get damaged in transit, however as this was an international order it may have been opened by customs authorities and got damaged. For this please get in touch with our customer services.

Poor quality products
I ordered two tattoo artist brow pens and when they arrived thwy are both dried out very disappointed with the product quality i have used his product from different websites and never had this isdue before
