Slow delivery.

Dear Lorraine, I have checked our records, you placed you order on 25th October at 12:52PM and it was dispatched on the same day at 17:51. A dispatch confirmation was sent to you at the time the order was dispatched. We did not received any other email from you, we normally reply to any emails we receive from our customers within 1 day.
I have confirmation that your order was delivered to you on 2nd October at 11:58. It is clearly mentioned on our website that standard delivery can take up to 5-6 working days and delivery to Northern Ireland can take slightly longer, therefore it was delivered well within this time frame. I feel your comment is unfair and unjustified.

Great price but watch for expiry dates
Great price, quick delivery but the product is already over 4 years old (still under the 5 years recommended shelf life from Clarins). Probably hence the cheaper price.

Prompt delivery

Colour does not match the colour on website
Colour of lipstick & liner in no way resemble the photos online when purchasing. I thought they had sent the wrong colour but they hadn’t, it certainly was much darker than the photos on the website - waste of money.
