The website was awful to navigate on a phone. The layout was off and links didn't work. And coverage on liability insurance removed theft and rental damage claim which is the most necessary and rates didn't drop with coverage drop

Regarding coverage, theft and rental damage coverage has not been included in our policies since 2023. We strive to clearly outline all available coverages so members can make informed decisions before purchasing.
