I returned the pans to an address…

I returned the pans to an address PayPal advised me of in Portugal, supplied the tracking number recieved emails from the Owner of TitanCore promising to look after the complaint, ( Hi mike.goggan,

Just letting you know we’ve received your message and our team is already on it.

and them further emails wanting tracking number, this was supplied, the proof of address used to return pans. a photo of the box with address on the package was emailed. and now all gone quite.

Terrible customer service

I ordered a bundle package of their titanium pans on February 26th. Today is April 8th and still no pans. There have been no updates since March 26th. I've contacted customer support, but the are absolutely no help. They say it's still overseas, when the updates have it in U.S. customs. I'd think twice before I order from these people. It is now the 17th of April and still no resolution. I have asked for my money back twice and no response back. This is lousy customer service.

Your order is currently still in transit and has been delayed during the customs clearance process, which can sometimes cause tracking to appear inconsistent (for example, showing movement into U.S. customs without immediate onward updates). Unfortunately, this stage can take longer than expected and is outside of our direct control, but we absolutely understand how concerning it looks from your side.

We also apologize that our support team hasn’t been able to provide the clarity or reassurance you needed so far. That’s not the experience we want for our customers.

Fraud big time fraud

I didn’t receive the product yet and i didn’t receive refund or even email saying sorry they took the money and nothing happened they are fraud i been chasing since month now thisi is first time i have this how come they are allowing them to do this in uk ?

I would never buy from them again

I found the edge of the chopping boards extremely sharp and requested my money back, as stated on their web site.
Various emails back and forth but never agreed my money back. Eventually got fed waiting and claimed on my credit card.
I would never recommend buying from this company

Don't go near their nonstick £69 pan…

Don't go near their nonstick £69 pan utter rubbish first time I tried to use it on medium heat it just burnt black it is thin magnetic carbon steel that are always to hot and they are not nonstick just scrap metal

Our 26cm pan is made from Titanum, which is different from traditional coated nonstick cookware. It is designed to develop its nonstick performance over time through proper use and seasoning. If used on medium heat without this process, food can initially stick or burn more easily.

Food sticks to the pans.

I have tried to return the pans, the company wants me to send pictures of the food stuck to to the pans and when I don't and just ask for a refund, they will ignore me. The pans took over a month to get here. This is a very bad company, don't buy anything from them, you'll be sorry.

It is a great product but

The skillets came Sunday to my office

The skillets came Sunday to my office. I was ill on Monday so only opened the boxes today. No instructions on how to put the skillets together; and only the Handel on the smaller skillet had a red safety grip: no safety grip on the larger skillet. But, then I guess you get what you pay for thanks to limited quality control, which is obvious. I'll try and put them together tomorrow night when I get home from work then sterilize them in the dishwasher before I cook with them this Friday. I just hope they work on my induction stove.

We’re sorry to hear the skillets arrived without instructions and that only one safety grip was included. That’s not what we aim for, and we understand how this would be frustrating when you’re trying to get set up.

The skillets are fully induction compatible, so you should have no issues using them on your stove.

Regarding the safety grip, both skillets should arrive with one, so we’d be happy to look into this and arrange a replacement if one is missing.

You don’t need to put them through a dishwasher before first use—warm soapy water is perfectly fine.

Pan and board

Found the pan stained after first use probably because I had the temperature slightly too high, was advised to wait for pan to cool before putting in hot soapy water. It still has a stain but I’m still using it.
Bought the cutting board - really good however find the edges extremely sharp. Thought of asking if my handyman can put me a small band of wood on the handle edge to make it easier to handle - will let you know if he can

It’s funny how titan core can’t reply

It’s funny how titan core can’t reply
To my emails but they quickly get into a negative review. They have advised me to use medium heat, I have explained to them I cooked in the lowest heat of of the smallest hob. I can’t cook any lower.
I am having this investigated by my bank. I would advise everyone to keep your receipt, take photo video evidence and do a chargeback through your bank.

Damaged Lid replaced as promised Thank…

Damaged Lid replaced as promised Thank You.
One of my three pans, been used three times, has stains after use, an omelette stuck and had to be scraped out the pan and it appears to heat unevenly.
