Great experience!!! I have several units I ordered and I absolutely love them. I returned one unit and the customer service experience was great! They respond quickly and easy to work with.

Love the fact that I can always chat with a representative, and also get points towards your next purchase.

I needed a refund and it was very quick no hassle

I’ve ordered bundles from here. They were full bundles. I got my hair done. I can reuse my bundles. Great choice. Also, I’ve ordered two wigs from there and I’m excited about my wigs. I will continue to order my hair products from you guys from Beauty forever I even recommended to my daughter and my granddaughter.

I would rate them a zero if I could, they don’t deserve not one star…I purchased hair from Beauty Forever on June 26, 2025 and received it on July 9, 2025 I returned the hair the very next day on July 10, 2025 because the hair color did not match the description on their website…According to UPS, states their Warehouse has received the return merchandise…I’ve made 4 attempts to reach out to Beauty Forever via their email (that was given on their website) of which they haven’t responded to and also I’ve reach out on their website page to leave a message regarding the status of my refund of $187.75 and no one has responded as of today July 23, 2025 however I am still receiving random emails from them everyday all day advertising their hair…If I do not hear back from Beauty Forever by tomorrow July 24, 2025 I will have to reach out to (BBB) Better Business Bureau to have this matter investigated…I don’t recommend purchasing from this company because on their website it clearly state that you can get a refund or exchange within 30 days (clearly it hasn’t been 30 days) and their not even responding. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I recently found Beautyforever and will definitely keep purchasing from them! Their hair is great quality and so soft. Their customer service is awesome too.

Although I did return the wig I purchased, the customer service was great. I purchased a yaki wig (I didn’t fully read the description) and I’m not a big fan of that type of hair, that’s the reason I returned it. I plan to purchase another wig soon.

I have ordered a few units from Beauty Forever and each one gets better and better. If I have a problem with my order, I was able to reach out and someone resolved my issue each time. Lily was a gem this go around. She followed through with the issue and I am completely satisfied. I actually reordered the highlighted brown water wave twice. So much better in person. I might need to order it for the third time, maybe the 20 inches this time.

The wigs are fabulous. The only problem I have with this company is that it takes a long time to get the wig
