I had a great experience with the customer service representative Lily who I communicated with via email. Lily responded quickly and was very clear in explaining the situation. Even when I asked the same question more than once, she remained patient and made sure I fully understood. It’s rare to find someone who combines efficiency with that level of professionalism and care. I really appreciated the help!

The post office returned my package because no one was home. I sent an email to Beautyforever and they re-shipped the package. They provided prompt and courteous customer service! I confirmed my package was delivered to the package center at my complex. I’m so grateful for their service and can’t wait to open it!

I give beauty forever hair a 5star because I ordered hair from them, but had to return my purchase because the items didn't fit me well, but they were very helpful communicating back with me with my returns. I'm still waiting for my refund which I understand will take a few days for them to review and process. In the meantime I purchase another wig which wasn't available, but they did compensate me by covering the price gap on another size hair which I received a few days later. I am very satisfied

I just unsubscribed and opted stop and they still keep sending me stuff, also they are sending me messages as if something is unpaid when I was just browsing and didn’t order a thing. Please take me off your messaging system. I changed my mind because here you have too many negative reviews. I will stick with what I know Amazon wigs.
