Bad customer service

I ordered my hair at the end of November and did not receive my hair until December. I sent the hair back the next day that it came they received it December 15th then they said they needed time to look at the return. So I asked him when could I expect my refund they told me within 3 days they were going to get back with me. So they notified me and said that they could release half of my funds because they had not reviewed the hair yet so they sent half the refund and here it is December 24th and they just sent the refund but it's still pending in my account they broke up mine refund into two payments and I have been sending numerous emails asking for them to release my funds and they have just literally taking their time this has been such a frustrating experience with this company I wanted to order more hair from this company but now I'm not sure if I want to in the future

Beautiful wig and Great Customer Service

Beautiful wig. I was concerned that the shipping was taking to long, but it was coming from overseas. Beauty Forever's customer service was exceptional. They were in constant communication with me once I voiced my concern. They kept me up to date with tracking numbers and calmed any fear, as I thought I left off my apartment number and the package would go to another, but it was delivered intact and I really appreciate the time and dedication given to their customers.

LADIES DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

This company are complete crooks! Please please please don’t purchase. Go on the website to look at my order and now the picture of my wig is replaced with a whole different picture and completely different color. Supposedly based off the the “tracking website” it left China 12/3. I ordered 12/2. It arrived in the city I reside 12/5 and has been there since!!! It’s 12/17!!!! I have emailed everyday and I’ve gotten no response. I had used their so called “chat option” on the website and no response. This has completely stressed me out! I’ve worked too hard for my money and time to be used and abused. This has nothing to do with delays or holidays. My wig has been in the same city I live for over 10 days!!! Why is it not delivered!!! I’m beyond upset. I’m so sick of these fake scam websites! Ladies please do not purchase from this website! Save yourself your time, your money, and the trauma of going through this!!! At this point I’m reporting to whoever I need to report to at this point! Websites like these need to be shut down immediately! I never get upset and I’m normally understanding of certain situations but this goes beyond “situations”. This is fraud, this is horrible non-existent customer service and communication!!! Christmas is next week and I have to go into pocket more for a second option!!!! I just wanted a wig that’s it!!!

This fraudulent ass company

This fraudulent ass company! I placed my order on 12/4 and it’s now 12/17 and I have no wig. Weirdo ass Larry from customer service sent me a link suggesting that I buy from UNice. Nah I’m good you only get to finesse me once! Now my federal credit union bank is investigating this company. Your not gonna take my money that I work hard for and not ship my item period!

If I could give 0 stars then I would. I ordered 2 units and received one. There is no customer service at all.

I’m going to contact my credit card company and claim fraud. Don’t trust this company. YouTube influencers should be ashamed of themselves. I will tell them too every time I see them reviewing it.

They sent my order but they sent a really shorter wig than what I ordered thin I tried to get a exchange for the right length I emailed them over and over no answer then when I looked on my beauty forever account they put that I cancelled my order and I didn’t now I’m stuck with this short wig

If I could give this company a zero…

If I could give this company a zero rating I certainly would. I was not happy with the quality of the hair I received, so I immediately sent it back to beauty forever, the return was accepted, but I have yet to receive a refund. I’ve sent several emails, but no reply from them. It’s been over a month, I should have received my refund by now. This company is a total scam! Don’t purchase anything from them! Poor customer service! They ignore emails, and the hair is garbage!

Where's my order???

Where's my order? I received an email stating that it had been shipped and that the logistics information would be available within 24-48 hours. It's wayyyy past that point. I sent an email, and no one has responded. If you are unable to fulfill my order, I am kindly asking for a refund, and I will go to my usual site for my hair needs. Thank you!

Update: I received my order this evening.

I love this company. They are easy to communicate with an always sending points. If they see something you like in your basket they will try as best they give you discounts.

UNBEARABLE SHEDDING when any type of moisture is applied(water, hair gel, conditioner, etc) Order# BFM868133875677795890

So, Nancy the Manager from this hair company replied yesterday to my previous negative review on here and Nancy claim that the hair is human natural hair as a way to justify the terrible shedding. I have natural hair on my scalp and my hair don't shed a FULL CUP of hair when added moisture to it. The company make excuses to avoid refunding my FULL payment. They claim in their response yesterday that "we want to make sure your issue is fully resolved", yet they still haven't refunded my order. I paid for hoping to get good quality hair as they advertised but I didn't received the quality hair I paid for. Please don't shop with this company! I even see others all over social media videos complain about the terrible shedding. It's not worth my $53, please refund it and stop replying to me without refunding my full order.

So I have never had a bad experience…

So I have never had a bad experience with this company before but my last 2 orders from them have been bad. Communication has been a HUGE issue. After I emailed about a update on my package it took 3 days for response. And had issues with my package not showing up James and Daisy were not helpful AT ALL. They never responded back even when trying get information on my package when it said it was delivered and signed for. The hair is beautiful and lace is top notch. So I thought it was a fluck after actually receiving that package another day but I got no sympathy or help with that. Now with this order they said customization on one wig I ordered will take awhile did I want another length asked whats price difference and how long. Its been 4 days since I heard anything from them. They said they partial shipped my order but tracking number doesn't work. So I've just been extremely disappointed and frustrated with them and their lack of care of customer service. I probably after this order will NEVER purchase from them again although they have good prices and good quality hair. I just cannot deal with the not communicating with me when i have questions or concerns. Due to it being black friday and holiday sales i did give some grace but yea its just seem like they do not care at all. That right there just dont deserve my money and the 1st order I bought 3 wigs and The 2nd I bought 2. Soooo yeah they need to get it together!

I had such a great experience the 1st time I ordered from here. My order arrived veryquickly. Unfortunately this time not as great as the item i wanted ws out of stock even though it was showing as in stock on website.
However, James was very helpful and had my order shipped out and handled promptly. Will definitely recommend Beautyforever
