We are happy to hear that the order arrived quickly.
I have checked our packing video for your order and I agree that there should have been more paper in the box. We would also normally have done that but I guess it went a bit too quickly with the packing of your order. I have forwarded this to our packing manager so they can talk with the packer and remind them of the importante to ensure the products cannot move around in the box.
From your review it sounds like the products was intact and we hope you are satisfied with them.

Per ongeluk fout in mijn opgegeven e-mail adres gemaakt!
Kwam er gelukkig redelijk snel achter, meteen door gegeven aan beautycos, wat geweldig door Amina is opgepakt. Zij heeft enorm haar best gedaan en mij steeds heel netjes op de hoogte gehouden. Super attent!

We zijn blij dat we je zo snel konden helpen en dat je je bestelling hebt ontvangen.
Ik zie dat je hebt besteld voor levering in deze pakketwinkel, en we sturen altijd een e-mail met tracking als een bestelling vanuit ons magazijn wordt verzonden. Het kan echter zijn dat je de verkeerde e-mail hebt geschreven, dat het iemand anders is van wie je ons schrijft en dat we je bestelling hebben gevonden op basis van je naam. Het kan ook zijn dat de tracking-e-mail per ongeluk in je spammap terecht is gekomen, wat soms gebeurt met onze e-mails.
Als je kort na het plaatsen van een bestelling op onze website nog geen orderbevestiging hebt ontvangen, raden we altijd aan om contact met ons op te nemen zodat we kunnen onderzoeken wat er mis is gegaan.
We hopen dat je tevreden bent met je producten en wensen je een fijne dag.

Nette afhandeling van retourpakket door DPD
Door een slechte verzending van DPD (die het pakket mogelijk, omdat alle boxen vol waren, meteen weer hebben meegenomen, gaf een onaardige dame aan de telefoon bij DPD vanmorgen aan) kreeg ik afgelopen vrijdag bericht van Beautycos dat ze mijn pakket terug hadden ontvangen en dat ik de verzendkosten moest betalen.
Maar na een zeer nette reactie van Louise van Beautycos, gaan ze het pakket opnieuw kosteloos verzenden. Tevens kreeg ik de mogelijkheid om te kiezen voor een andere verzendmethode dan via DPD.
Dat noem ik nog eens service.

Pakket nooit ontvangen
Pakket nooit ontvangen, wacht al 4 weken en wordt van het kastje naar de muur gestuurd. Wel betaald, nooit ontvangen maar ze blijven aangeven ‘heb geduld we staan in contact met DPD’.
Ook op mijn verzoeken het geld terug te storten reageren ze niet

Het spijt ons te horen dat de bestelling niet is geleverd zoals verwacht. Ik zie dat je contact hebt gehad met onze klantenservice en dat er een zaak is gestart. Je had geen code voor de doos ontvangen en DPD heeft gedaan wat ze konden om de doos opnieuw naar je op te sturen voordat deze werd teruggestuurd.
We hebben de bestelling volledig vergoed.
Wij danken u voor uw begrip en geduld terwijl de zaak in behandeling was.

We are sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with our customer service.
Looking into the case I can see the curling iron has lost a screw.
The part that has lost a screw is used every time you use the curling iron, and it is not uncommon that it will get looser over time and usage, and you will need to tighten it yourself.
We asked if you still had the screw which you say you don't. After having contact with our supplier we unfortunately cannot offer a new screw to fix it.
We are sorry that we have not been able to find a solution you were satisfied with.

want to order a product from Beautycos? Don’t!
Ordered a product 10 days ago and still no idea where it is. Even though on the website the claim is that the delivery is super fast - 2-4 days.
When I contacted Beutycos I was told that my package was probably lost but that we will need to wait for 10 more days to make sure. If in 10 days it still doesn’t magically appear, they will send me the product again.
Excuse me, what?
After I explained that I’ve waited too long already, am leaving on vacation soon and want my order cancelled and money refunded, I was told to wait calmly and that they won’t do anything because my package is supposedly in the hands of DPD. Another recommendation I was given - to contact them sooner, the next time it happens.
Really, Beautycos, really?
So, here’s a piece of advice from me - want to order a product from Beautycos? Don’t! ‘Cause you might never get it, and they just “can’t” do anything.

We are sorry that the package has not been delivered as expected.
The vast majority of packages we send are delivered within the expected days, including to the Netherlands. However if something happens during transport we are always ready to help start a case with the shipping company and find a solution with the customer as it is very important that our customers has a great experience when ordering from us. If a package has not been delivered within the expected days we always recommend to contact us as quickly as possible so we can find out what is happening. Of course this doesn't change anything for the current situation, but it is to ensure you know it if something similar should happen again.
As we write to you on e-mail once the package is handed over to the shipping company we have to give them a chance to look for the package. We understand it is a long time to wait, however the reason it can take so many days is because they need to send someone out to their terminals to look for the package, as it might have fallen off one of their conveyer belts.
It saddens us that you recommend others to not buy from us based on an untrue statement. We have never said that we can't do anything or are unwilling to help, we actually said exactly the opposite. We have some procedures we need to follow. Once a search has been made then the shipping company will either find the package and deliver it or they get back to us that it is lost, and we can either refund fully or send a new order depending on what the customer prefers. We are doing everything in our power to help as quickly as possible.
The reason we can't just send a new order or refund you right away is because while the seach is still ongoing they might still find the package and deliver it to you. Then you would either need to return one or if you want to keep both (or was refunded) you need to pay again.
I hope this explains why we have this procedure, otherwise you are welcome to reply to our e-mail and we will try to explain in greater details.
We will continue to keep an eye on the case and keep you updated with any news.
