I made an appointment to fit two new tyres at Beaurepairs, Newport. The initial contact was positive. The young man made efforts to source suitable tyres and an installation date. Disappointingly, on the day of installation I didn’t receive any sort of greeting upon arrival. I felt as though I was interrupting. After stating my business, I was questioned as to why I was only purchasing x2 tyres. The guy smirked when I told him I couldn’t afford x4tyres at that time. My car had recently been serviced and I was shown that two tyres on the one side of the car needed to be replaced, due to the car being out of balance. The guy glared at me, again smirking. Nothing was said, he disappeared out the door behind him! Being happy with the tyres and hoping I’d strike a different employee, I visited Beaurepairs, Newport for the remaining set of tyres. I was told there were some available at the Preston branch and that I would be given a call to confirm. The call never came. They definitely had my correct contact number. The “jacked up” bill is another story. It was a horrible experience. I was made to feel stupid. The tyres I had fitted were not cheap. $175 each. I don’t know why I was treated the way I was and wonder if I was a man I might have been treated with more respect? I was never rude. I have taken my car there previously, but never again. My family will also not take their cars there again. I’ve since had the second set of tyres installed by Tyreright in Altona and they were fantastic. The difference in service like chalk and cheese.

If you want tyres ( good tyres , not Korean crap ) with a no crap & great honest service, Balcatta Beaurepairs is the place to Go ! No plush sofas , no fancy coffee, just friendly, efficient service WITH a great product at a sensational price ( thanks to Graham, online service) the boys in the shop operate like a Swiss watch together, and no greasy hand marks anywhere ! Cheers guys , gets my 5 star tick of approval, see you next time I need tyres !!!!

Was impressed by their customer service and honesty in their help in tyre information. ie I don't need new tyres just an alignment and rotation. Great place to have your tyre needs done .. l will be back!

Went to south melbourn store because i replaced a new tyre from there 5 months ago. I was really happy the experience from other ladies. So I went back cos the same tyre has same issue again. so I came back thinking to check what should I do or get advice. The store manager Scott was so rude , unwelcome and told me they fully booked can’t help ! Even didn’t let me finish my words, I was talking with the reception lady and he didn’t allow me to talk with her.
Speechless, I can’t believe how the head office selected him be a store manager to deal with customer service. Terrible!
Never go back this store. Read on google there so many bad reviews, I am not the one of unlucky customer.

I was on a much needed family holiday. I borrowed my son’s boat and I had a blowout (which the rim gave way). I had a close look at the tyres and they were all dodgy. I had no spare left and was stressing at the trip that I had to drive on the way to Echuca. It was over the Christmas break and fortunately these guys were open. He helped me out when I pulled in unannounced. He sorted me with a new rim and three new tyres on the boat trailer and at a reasonable price.
I can highly recommend this business. They were friendly and easy to deal with when I threw them in the deep end to resurrect my holiday.

Working a a night shift at the hospital came out to find right rear tyre 80% deflated with a screw through it. Waited till 9am and drove to local Beaurepaires in Clayton where they explained to me I didn't have a booking so they couldn't help me out today so they watched me change my tyre which was struggle and drive off.... Is the level of customer service that is standard?

I had 2 new tyres fitted to my car. Despite being quoted a price, my invoice had a number of hidden charges that were NOT mentioned prior to the work being carried out such as a "Road Hazard Warranty", and a "Tubeless valve pass", and a "fitting passenger". I was ripped off by Beaurepairs and will never deal with this mob again!

Anthony Bradley was so professional, helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the difference between the brands, price etc..
I needed all 4 of my tires to be changed and wheel alignment to be done and it was done for me in record time, plus the price was great.
Highly recommend this store, will go back again!!

I live on the Northern Beaches made a call to Beau repairs Brookvale to find it had closed and was automatically put through to Chatswood. The gentleman on the phone was so friendly and helpful I decided not to even look for another option closer by home and drive to Chatswood instead. 2 new tires and wheel alignment. Super helpful, super friendly, excellent service, reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

From the moment i walked into beaurepairs sherida street cairns i was greeted with a very unfriendly manager. This manager gave me a quote and said tyres will b here in 2 days and he would call. No smile no goodmorning. When i received the call he said i had to come in 8am. I said can i make it later, i have to do a school run he said no! We are full!. I arrived they next morning to a greeting of hey!. He said it will take 2 hours. I live 30mns drive away, but he couldnt care less. I said dont worry about it. His response was ok!!! and i left. I went to another tyre specialist and so friendly, caring and cheaper. Disgusting customer service from Beaurepairs

Beaurepaires Loganholme employs a man whose greatest pleasure is telling customers to move their car, even if only parked near the garage front for a second. He doesn't ask you why you are there, just move your car. If he needed the space, it would be different, but this is just a power thing. Maybe he needs counselling, he obviously hates his customers.

I had a nail in my tyre, I took my car at 8:45 and by 8:52 it was all changed and the spare tyre was put on by Kieran, excellent and fast service! 👍
I left my punctured tyre to be repaired and I told them I'll be back at lunch time. When I went back, I was greeted by Cameron and he replaced the spare tyre with my repaired one within 10 minutes. Cameron has amazing knowledge and great customer service and gave me great advice about how to take care of my tyres especially with the WA weather. I was very impressed with the fast, professional and polite service I received. I highly recommend Beaurepaires Midland, thank you Cameron and Kieran, you made feel at ease and stress free. 😊

Asked how long it'd take and it was just being finished when I got back 5 mins early.
Great tyres and the alignment must have been needed, cause it drives much better.
