So far so amazing...

So far so amazing. I was tired of dealing with the poor service of another provider (starting with O) and reached out to Oly. Jonathan was a pleasure to deal with from the word go and he worked tirelessly on getting me the car I wanted and the best offer for me. I really appreciated the hands on service he offered and amazing communication. Thanks Jono and Oly!

I am sorry to say I can't recommend Oly.

I am sorry to say I can't recommend Oly. It was all great during the sign up process, but since settlement it has not been a good experience. The App is full of with 'known issues' so it doesn't work properly. Employer had issues with the Direct Debit, Oly would take the funds on any day they wished, not that specified by the employer in the form completed. Eventually, after 3 months the date was changed to suit the employer. Difficult to communicate with someone who can actually provide answers.

Very poor communication once the deal…

Very poor communication once the deal was made. Felt like I was doing their job for them with 3 different contacts. 'Direct' phone numbers listed only send you to a call centre. Still haven't had any information about the debit card supposed to be issued and am now paying out of pocket for on road costs.

Everything about the purchase of the…

Everything about the purchase of the vehicle was good. My only issue is that I sent a couple of email asking some questions and never got a reply.

Unhappy after sales customer

Unhappy after sales customer.
Sales was excellent. Got me in :(
Finance process had a high level of friction as each stage was handled by a different person, all with different timing constraints. The disconnected nature was not known upfront.
Received my car over a week ago and still no customer profile set up despite multiple attempts to have it set up, including calling the 1300 number. Come on Oly this is hopeless.

Terrible communication with often no…

Terrible communication with often no reply until follow up calls were made. The process took much longer than promised and nearly 3 weeks. Very unclear and varying quotes provided.

Lack of communication

Oly started out great at the enquiry process.
As soon as i signed up, communication went out the window. It was difficult to contact OLY and i was not getting straight answers.
Not having had a lease before, i was unsure of the procedure and was getting no help from OLY.
I was presented with several car contracts to sign. Im still not sure why the first one couldn't have been actioned? One contract was even for a last years model car. Price stayed the same!
Eventually when a car was allocated for me, i couldn't get a delivery date. I'm still waiting for a car (09-04-26) even though settlement went through on the 23/3/26. I'am currently paying for a car i don't possess and after emailing OLY and asking to stop payment until i get the car, i was told that cant happen. Obviously someone at OLY made a mistake and now i an bearing the brunt of that.

Account not activated

Car has been funded, payments deducted out of my pay yet I have no balance available to use the digital card which fails when I try to use it. They have still not activated my account.
Disappointing.

No issues with Oly

He was prompt at answering my many questions, available after hours and is a really nice guy. Happily recommend Oly to anyone considering setting up a novated lease.

The novated lease process is quite…

The novated lease process is quite painful for both employee and employer. There were many hiccups through the process, which seemed to be related to the online portal. It was also confusing who the finance was being supplied by.
Once all was said and done, I now look forward to a more seamless process.

Competitive pricing

I used Oly to finance my new EV novated lease. Oly's pricing was really competitive, and their service was at least as good as their competitors. I could only use Oly for finance (they aren't my work's approved salary leasing provider), so can't comment on an ongoing relationship - but I was happy enough with their offer to set up a self-managed lease through my official provider.

They are superb at the beginning until…

They are superb at the beginning until you sign on the dotted line.
It's you chasing them all the way from there.
Messed up finance, settlement, after market add on
Will not recommend.

Absolutely Useless Company

Absolutely Useless company and seems full of fake good reviews. Made an arrangement for a phone appointment and no one rang. I followed up and was told Michael Lailah was sick and would contact me the following day 11am and NOTHING!!! will take my services elsewhere
