Have used them 3 times so far for varying birthdays and the service has always been excellent. Knowledgeable, courteous and best of all they remember their returning clients. Were all shops the same.

Outsatanding service when I bought a watch for my wife. I am also in retail and they were superb. Could not be more happy as now my wife is very happy as they sourced an item that is quite rare in a very short space of time. Payment was easy and delivery took no time at all. I bought a Cartier from Beau Gems. They are a long-established family firm and Spencer and his Dad Mike couldn't have been better from initial discussion to purchase.

Easy to deal with, transparent, really friendly and knowledgeable. Mitchell is particularly good on Haute Horlogie.

Don't normally write on these type of things but felt I should on this occasion. I have now made four significant (well to me anyway!) purchases from this family run business and would not consider going anywhere else.
