The team at Beatrix helped me, offering no nonsense advice/ options to fix what had been a slow leak in my bathroom. Bathroom fixed in a day, including retitling and a partial rebuild of a wall. Looks like new.

Fantastic service
Fantastic service. Called Beatrix Home when I discovered a wet patch on the ceiling from a bathroom leak above. I was helped straight away and the problem was sorted that day. So relieved and thankful. Was so impressed both with the service over the phone and the plumbing specialist who came that afternoon.

Excellent Service
From the initial quote to the finalised works everything was professionally handled. Tommy our plumber, who was very polite and friendly, arrived on time to install our new shower door yesterday. From start to finish he was very tidy and professional even going so far as to put mats over the hoover flex, whilst he was clearing up, to ensure that nobody would trip over them. We would definitely use Beatrix Home again as they have proved themselves to be a very reliable and customer focussed Company.

Great experience
Great experience, I was given a date and time when job would be done and messaged 30 minutes before hand to let me know Jack was on his way.
Very pleasant young man, Job completed perfectly and whole experience excellent from start to finish.
I say this as 2 previous companies never even bothered to turn up!

Great local company
Matt was very knowledgeable and immediately diagnosed the problem causing the leak. He carried out the repair quickly and effectively. We highly recommend Beatrix and use them for boiler services too.

I sent an email and had a reply very promptly by Chloe. Booked in a plumber and as booked Matt turned up on time. Sorted the problem out within @ 30 mins. Didn’t even stay for a coffee. Great service and very tidy. Thank you.

What a great find!!
What a great find! The Beatrix team are very efficient, friendly and amazingly cost effective. They replaced my Boiler in my rental apartment last year and have recently renewed my certificates. As a landlord they are a dream to work with and I highly recommend them to everyone.
