We hesitated about spending this amount…
We hesitated about spending this amount of money on a shed but wanted something strong and we were not disappointed. The shed is solid and strong and well made and well designed. Magila was very kind and helpful with the ordering process, and Josh & Ernie were amazing superstars with the assembly - fast, precise, attending to every detail. We have had the shed up for nearly 3 weeks now and are delighted with it. We have no hesitation in recommending Beast Sheds.

I visited the office to order
I visited the office to order, and found the process quick and simple. Shed was delivered on the date promised, earlier than scheduled, so one of the lads helped me finish clearing the area. They even pulled in the electrical cabling. Thank you. I am only slightly confused, about the after care instructions. I understand that the shed needs to fully dry out, as the timbers are tanalised, before i can coat the timber; but i don't understand what this has to do with capillary action

We’re delighted to hear the order process was straightforward and that the delivery team were able to assist on the day with the clearing and the cabling — I’ll make sure your comments are passed on to them.
Regarding your after-care question:
You’re absolutely right — because the timber is pressure–treated (tanalised), it does need time to settle and dry out before you apply any further coating. The reference to capillary action simply means this:
when timber is still “wet” internally after treatment, it is still holding moisture inside its fibres
if a paint or oil is applied too early, it can seal the surface and prevent that natural moisture migrating out
moisture will then try to move through tiny channels in the timber (the capillaries) — and if the surface is sealed prematurely, this can force moisture sideways, which can cause coating failure / uneven absorption later
So the drying period is to allow the natural internal moisture to come out before you apply anything that could block that escape route.
In short:
Let the timber finish its natural drying first → then apply your chosen protective coating → you’ll get a much more even, longer-lasting finish.
If you’d like, you’re very welcome to send us a photo in a few weeks and we’ll happily confirm whether the timber looks ready for coating.

Really great customer service
Really great customer service, found the shed I wanted and started a chat on line. Sophie called me and installation date was confirmed and any questions I had answered.
The delivery guys were professional, polite and prompt. My old shed was dismantled and My new shed in place in less than an hour. Really happy. I didn’t have to pay anything until the job was complete. Not many companies that do that and highly recommend- thanks everyone at beast sheds

Excellent service, lovely people
We've just had two sheds installed at our school. They were delivered on time and installed by a team of three fabulous men who took time to speak to the children as they were building the sheds and remained cheerful even though the biggest shed was being installed furthest from the car park and it was raining!
The sheds look great and appear nice and sturdy.

A great company. The ladies answering the phones are polite and knowledgeable, about the sheds. After ordering my new shed, I received an email telling me when it would be delivered. It arrived on said day and at the time given. The guys delivering and erecting it were polite and put the shed up quickly and exactly where I wanted it.

6x5 Shed installation - very impressed
We ordered a 6x5 shed and had it installed by beast sheds. It was a great experience, the guys installing the shed had it up in less than an hour and carried it through the house without any problems. Shed looks great, very robust and well-made. They were very helpful with delivery arrangements. Would definitely recommend and use again!

Great Service
Easy to configure my shed with the online menu, company were happy to accept a mix of credit card and cash payments, installation was friendly and fast. Not the cheapest, but high quality product and service.
In reply to Beast's response, why not 5 stars? Because the invoice the installers had for removal of the old shed was wrong and it took 2 'phone calls and my producing your email quote before they would accept the error. Arguing over £10 after an £1800 order isn't great.

Best shed we’ve ever had
Placed order with a vey polite young lady in reception. Talked us through all the options of building a shed to our requirements.
The waiting time was Two weeks.
On the day of installation three very well mannered young guys arrived. At the time we had a heavy downpour of rain and they got absolutely soaked as they continued to build the shed. Full credit to them and it was erected in no time.
Can’t recommend this company enough.
We even got a courtesy call a couple of weeks later to ask if we were happy with our shed.
We had the standard pent shed and the quality of the timber was better than any other we viewed from different companies

Swift and professional
Having made the online order for the shed I was contacted by the office to make a video of the restricted access points. It was politely pointed out that a cut and join would be necessary, increasing the price a little. This was professional common sense. On the day, the installers arrived on the dot and proceeded to get the job done swiftly and expertly. The result is fantastic. It’s just a pity that the firm didn’t include with the receipt a recommendation for specific brands of wood preserver for the after care. Perhaps a tip for the future. All in all - a super job.

great company to deal with, they might be slightly more expensive than other sites i researched but i needed a specific size shed for the space i had and it was no problem finding what i wanted, the whole process was easy and the shed i ordered was built , delivered and fitted without any problems and am very pleased with the quality, all communications with the sales team {sophie} went smoothly would highly recommend this company.

such a shame - they now have a complaints department which offers £10 M&S vouchers!!
Bottom line they are now just like every other overpriced shed company and have lost their USP
Very disappointed with my latest leaking shed - apparently its not leaking the tanalising fluid is drying out - funny how its only drying out by the door where the floor is soaked.
