Bear Estate Agents Recensioni

What a fantastic company and what great people were in all the different departments we came across. From the first meeting with Tony and the team at Bear, they listened to us. They were always on time for viewings, we felt they were frank, honest and very supportive all the way through the process. They answered any problems or queries immediately with useful, and we felt the correct feedback. We make a special mention for Marcos Lopez-Stacy who went above and beyond and worked relentlessly to help us sell our house when things got difficult in a very professional manner. we cannot recommend them highly enough.

Everyone we had contact with at Bear was polite, professional, friendly and helpful.
Zoe, one of the sales progressor team was exceptional. She went above and beyond in her efforts to complete our sale, and helped us through what proved to be an 8 month-long highly stressful and traumatic time.
"Well done, Zoe".
We would highly recommend Bear to anyone.

Bear Estate agents sold my house as soon as it went on the market with them. It had been on for 5 months with a previous agent with whom there was little response. Bear took new photos, used Drone footage and took the time to build the relationship needed between seller and agency to find me a buyer. They worked tirelessly throughout the procedure, dealing with the usual 'hiccups' of the chain along the way. They kept me up to date on a regular basis and were professional and friendly at all times. I felt I could ring them at any time with any questions and nothing was too much trouble for them. I would recommend this team in Hockley to anyone proposing to put their property on the market!

Knowledgeable courteous and helpful staff who worked with us throughout the sale.

Bear Estates managed the sale of our mum's bungalow in Hockley following her untimely passing. The team were both professional and sympathetic to our needs. They communicated in a timely and efficient manner keeping us fully informed at each stage of the sale.

Amazing estate agents, with you every step of the way!!
I found Bear estate agents, friendly, helpful at every stage & on the ball to get things done quickly

Sold our house via temme and douglas Allan all fell through. Bear do things different and sold our house with no issues. I'd only sell via bear and recommend them to all my family and friends. Great company great staff GO BEAR.

THANK YOU EVERYONE IN THE BASILDON OFFICE

This estate agent took all the stress out of selling my home by, taking most of the viewing’s while I was at work, updating me every step of the way with feedback from clients, 100% professional staff.
Nothing was ever too much trouble from selling to progression once sold. I would certainly recommend them to anyone!

Bear at basildon have gone way above expectations in the purchase of my property. Especially Leigh-ann, a super star so helpful, really went out of her way to help me when my solicitor let me down, supplying information updating me when they didn't.
A big thank you to the whole team, nice people would absolutely recommend them.

Zoe and the Bear team were great, very responsive and very helpful. Zoe was great at updating me and when I advised her on the importance of my completion being a certain time she was making sure we got there and advising me on what to do! What I thought was a great touch was sharing a full list of tradesmen if I needed it which was great! I would definitely recommend Bear for anyone selling or buying. Thanks again!

Professional, friendly and helpful staff. From first contact to final completion I was kept up to date. Special thanks thanks to Leigh-Anne and Jamie.

Many thanks again.

The whole team at Bear Hockley dealt with our sale through to completion with consideration during a stressful time.

Efficient and honest, no unrealistic promises or valuations. As I was selling a vacant property, they managed all the viewings for me and kept me up to date with developments on the sale. I would recommend them.

We like all of the team at Bear in Hockley. We found them all so helpful and friendly.

I had a disappointing experience with this estate agent. After waiting over 5 months for the vendor to provide a building certificate requested by my lender, they withdrew as soon as I began the process of arranging inspections to be carried out. The boiler hadn’t been serviced in years, despite the negotiator, Jack, assuring me during the viewing that it was 'regularly serviced.' My buyer’s report recommended I conduct checks, as the only boiler record was from 2010—back when I was still in secondary school!

Once the report was provided to me end of August 2024, I immediately worked to get the inspections booked in with the agent. I was informed that the vendor was unhappy as I had my mortgage offer since end of July 2024. I informed the agents that my conveyancer has completed their due diligence and strongly advised I get these inspections done before exchange. Exchange which I was positive would be set to take place by latest end of September pending the inspections all coming back clear. When I raised this, Joe, the managing director, remarked, 'Your conveyancer should have advised you to do this check sooner,' which came across as both unprofessional and condescending. To top it off, the vendor has now relisted the property with a £35k price increase. The behaviour from both the vendor and the agent felt like pure intimidation and bullying.
