Excellent service. would highly recommend the engineer
The visit was organised as a same day appointment which was great. The engineer turned up at the expected time and was flexible in waiting for my staff to clean the area around him. He was very professional, amenable and discussed everything he needed to do giving accurate timings, lots of information, provided some up to date training and was in general very very good.

Bean Machines gave me helpful advice
Bean Machines gave me helpful, impartial advice when selecting the machine for my office. When I had selected the machine the purchase process was handled brilliantly from order acceptance, leasing and installation. I even got some free coffee beans to get us started.

Steam arm pressure issue
Mihai turned up as scheduled and on time. He is very knowlegeable and a pleasure to work with. He managed to solve the issue without fuss and in a timely manner menaing we could get to serving coffee as soon as we could. I would definately recommend Mihai and would request him in future

Great product and great service
We purchased a Crew CM50 coffee machine from Beanmachines last month and we're delighted with it. Liam from sales was knowledgeable and very helpful. Mihai installed the machine quickly and carefully before showing us how to use it. He was extremely professional and patient and clearly knew about the coffee machine. Post installation I had an online training session with Farheen who was really helpful and gave me some useful tips. I would fully recommend Beanmachines, the service we have received has been excellent.

Incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly
After purchasing a couple of coffee machines which everyone in the office have been delighted with, I had a training video call with Farheen. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Also spoke to the service manager who was just as much of a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended

Terrible after sales service
Really good service up until I paid the invoice and after 3months of use the coffee machine is showing issues which I have contacted and emailed different departments over the last few weeks to hear nothing back.
