SO WARM AND COMFY FOR WALKING THE DOG ON THE BEACH,AND VERY WIND PROOF

I have just purchased a Brobe to use for dog walking and have worn it once, in heavy rain and strong winds. The coat is definitely very warm and waterproof but there seems to be a massive design flaw in that the hood is really big and there are no toggles or means to secure it, so there is a lot of gapping allowing rain to get in and the wind to blow the hood off repeatedly. I also found rain going down the neck area because again, it is very gappy with no drawstring to keep it tighter. Shame, as I will probably end up selling this on Vinted ...

Wow, wow, wow!!! This coat exceeded my expectations. The fit, the length, the quality of the material, the warmth, the style (great pockets), logo and price are all outstanding. A fantastic coat that is so amazing I had to order one for each of my 2 daughters. We all have a tote bag to match thanks to the current deal. We have the pink, green and beige coats/bags and I feel really proud to be wearing such a fantastic coat. You can snuggle into it when out walking so it feels like the coat hugs you to keep you warm. I’m obsessed ! 🤩 I’m going to take a photo of us all wearing them when we next get together and send it to the Company- can’t recommend enough !!!

I’m so happy with my purchase . I’ve had the olive green , long coat it’s absolutely surpassed my expectations. We sell Christmas trees through Dec so our outer layers need to keep us dry and warm .. This does both by the bucket load .. I don’t want to take it off at the end of the day … it’s so cosy warm.
The wind does not trouble me even though we are exposed on a hillside farm …. This along with looking really good

I returned my first order for a smaller size this was an easy process, I received information regarding all steps. The replacement arrived promptly, I then contacted customer service regarding it being creased in transit and the customer service was excellent. I dealt with Max who demonstrated he really cared the item arrived as intended & offered a solution.
Both the mint green brobe & service I have received are spot on, thank you very much!

My original jacket had a small tear in the hood. The company called me, told me to keep this and have me a refund. Customer service was excellent.

I wanted to add an update to my original post the owner of Beachbums rang me out of hours the same day to understand the problem I had experienced and make sure it was corrected.

My issue has been resolved and this above and beyond what i would expect from any company so i want to express my thanks and the swift way in which it was dealt with.

Wet suit centre selling same Beachbum robe in same colour for £80. Dissapointing. Colour depicted on website is much lighter than actual colour. I would not have chosen this particular .

Love my brobe and my granddaughter now loves hers. Especially staying in Scotland they keep you sooo warm. My job involves outdoors so they are the best for that.

The founder of this company is incredible at prioritising excellent customer service. I had a problem with my zip and once it was reported he called me personally to advise about the zip lock system that I wasn’t getting right. An amazing product where customer service overcome to none .. I hope you thrive as you deserve to do.
