Chad was super helpful and quick at submitting my podcasts to multiple directories. A huge time-saver!

bCast may be a relative newcomer to the pod hosting space but they obviously saw a need for brilliant support and innovative features to support techy (and not-so-techy) podcasters alike and are fulfilling that in spades. We’ve been so impressed with their responsive concierge service and constantly evolving feature roadmap that we have zero regrets at jumping onboard. If you’re not with bCast yet, you should be!

The best and most amazing customer experience ever!

Just the services are already great:
- Easy to use but with all the features you need.
- Some incredible extras that really make the difference.
- A solid platform

AND AN ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE HUMAN EXPERIENCE. If all customer services would be the same, life would be so much better.

I needed my podcast transferred to another subaccount and in 10 minutes it was done. Plus, they're so friendly over email.

I'm new to podcasting, but bCast made it really easy. Their interface was easy to figure out. Tom one of the founders is very active in a supportive Facebook group they have for bCast users. Chad assisted me with submitting my podcast to all of the directories and was very friendly and helpful with my questions. This is a very good upcoming podcast company and I would not hesitate to refer others to sign up. Thanks, bCast.

bCast is a great platform with an awesome team to back it up!

bcast is a clean hosting platform with a shallow learning curve and a host of help documentation, as well as one of the fastest support teams I have ever come across.
There are plenty of podcast hosts to choose from but the bcast usp is that its more oriented for marketers with such features as inserts that allow you to directly insert ads into your podcast.
It's a young platform with a team hungry to make it the best.

Tom and the team at bCast are the best when it comes to taking feedback and improving the customer experience. Undoubtedly this has to be my best decision to host my podcast with bCast.

For a podcasting beginner like me, bCast has been very easy to use. The interface is intuitive and doesn't feel overwhelming. It's also really easy to set up your podcast.

More importantly, the bCast team is always quick to answer questions (and very enthusiastic too, might I add) and to assist in resolving issues.

I set up my podcast on a free platform which was very good but bCast was suggested by someone else as a better option with better analytics and some cooler tools (like dynamic insertion) so I made the switch. I have to say I'm very impressed...
it was pretty easy to get it set up. I contacted support for help on importing my existing episodes and Chad replied very quickly with all the help I needed. I've also been asked to mention Tom who is also a legend ;-)
Would highly recommend bCast both for the product and the quality of the support. 10/10

Special perk: The audio inserts allows you to automatically create a promotion (ad) and apply it to your episodes. This alone makes bCast shine!

Good support all in all, and Audre B in particular was super helpful and patient in the chat as well. I am new to podcasting, but so far, i like the fact that bCast keeps us in the loop with upcoming features but also involving the community.

I have joined bCast late in 2020 and evaluated it as my home for the Coaching Leader Podcast (by IntelliCoach). What convinced me to move my podcast over was the (1) quick, warm and professional support and (2) the commitment to rapid improvements and (3) the promise of easy marketing integration by for example adding temporary inserts in all podcast episodes. Now after a few months in after the move, things are very stable and productive. I look for improvements and more customising options for the personalised web page, but it's a small matter overall. Look forward to many years of growth on the platform!

I wanted to start my podcast for several months but I was not sure which platform was the best option for me.

Podcast was something totally new in my life and just thinking about how to manage my episodes on different platforms was a burden.
Then I heard about bCast and I started to see what they were doing and I learn about the funders background and they made me feel podcasting should be fun and no complicated.

The platform is so easy to use and the team is super B, they also run a Facebook community and a newsletter to make sure we know what is going on. The team is very quick with updates and they have great stuff on the roadmap too.

I could not believe that 3 days after I decided to record my first episode my podcast was already available on the major podcast platforms.
