It took you over 2 months to send the item. I was not updated as to an approximate date. I had to call several times for updates. Your answer was the manufacturer had a back order. I would of been able to purchase from a different supplier, but since I had already made the purchase online , I didn’t want to go through the hassle since I was wasn’t getting updates, I couldn’t imagine what the return process would be.

Even with the pandemic happening, they were able to get me the parts needed for me to enjoy my grill all summer.

Order arrived in beat up box - carrier left at door no signature. Item was bent up - an aluminum liner tray - not worth the trouble to return. Customer service was not satisfactory - referring me to their shipping policy.

Lack of local Accessories for BBQ
The supply and demand for needed accessories here in San Antonio Texas is really sad. I have to order directly from your company. If I knew it would take this path in support of my new Napoleon bbq, I would have stayed with previous bbq brand, which has supplies everywhere. The store I bought my grill from is BBQ Outfitters. They do not keep a good supply of your parts. Bottom line...takes too long to receive accessories like Drip Trays and the liners. Because we use bbq a couple times a week, I now need to stock pile these items. Will be ordering them again shortly.

Putting the grill together was not very straight forward. First there aren’t any written instructions. Second it’s hard to find some of the needed hardware. I’m a bit disappointed in the quality of the grill. It’s not had solid ad I expected it to be.

Stainless steel grate replacement
Got the stainless steel grate to replace my cast iron one that kept rusting. Fit perfect and the shipping was faster than expected. Will definitely be buying from them again.

Exactly what we needed. Our 4 yo Napoleon grill cover had been worked by the Colorado sun and needed to be replaced. BBQ Grills was the only option I could find at a reasonable price. Great customer service and communication. Arrived in 5 days from Canada! Thanks.
