Good Source for Napoleon Parts
BBQ Grills was the only place I could find the new part I needed for my Napoleon grill. The only reason this isn’t a 5-star review is that it took a very long time for the part to ship.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. My grill model had been discontinued so I emailed from California and Scott responded right away with a replacement number and options. I actually called them to place the order on the phone, spoke with Hannah and she was extremely helpful and very nice. But I did need to order online and my box arrived about a week later, beautifully packaged. I mean someone really took their time placing my items in the box making sure all was secure. I highly recommend this company, they are an absolute class act! 5 stars
