Baze support was quick and efficient
Baze support was quick and efficient. I misplaced my test kit some months ago and found it during my move. I contacted Baze to see if the kit was still valid, and they quickly told me it was expired and they'd already submitted a replacement kit for delivery. Overall great experience!

Wow! Personalized help from a dietitian.
I've only been using Baze for a couple of weeks. The best thing about this company is the dietitians. I am having some issues with diet and contacted Baze and Juliana was more than willing to help. She gave me so many great ideas and answered all my questions. What an amazing service!

Really cool concept. The hope of retesting kept me motivated to keep taking the vitamins. However, there are still kinks in the process to work out especially around test kit processing.

Testing package good, product very good, website and reports very good. Billing, communications with customers poor, thus the 3 stars vs 4 or 5.

Very responsive and helpful customer service and a quality product a fairly reasonable price compared to alternatives. Also convenient packaging (and delivery) of supplements. The price for the blood test is excellent compared to traditional blood draw tests.

Shipping needs improvement.
It is nice having vitamins in a daily pack, but I have yet to receive them on time even once, despite having changed rescheduled the shipping date earlier and earlier. They should arrive by the first of the month, so the printed number on the packs match the date they are to be taken, but I've yet to have them arrive before the 5th or so.

Thank you so much for your feedback! We do apologize for the delay in receiving your Supplement Box on the date you requested.
Currently, the numbers on the pill packs are there to help customers keep track of how many packs they have left in their 32-day Supplement Box. These numbers do not correlate directly to the days of the month, as delivery dates vary depending on when orders are placed or rescheduled. Rescheduling delivery dates in the app allows you to delay receiving shipments until your preferred date range.
