I purchased the X3 Force Bar recently and am beyond disappointed with it, as well as Jaquish Biomedical’s customer service. The nearly $1k bar is supposed to work with an app via Bluetooth to track your force, reps, etc… during your workouts. Except mine doesn’t. The app has a glitch that doesn’t allow you to get past the “Tare/calibration” phase to record your progress. I’ve contacted customer service about this numerous times. The first time they updated/patched the app, but after I updated it, I still face the same issue. Customer service either doesn’t care or doesn’t believe me that my bar doesn’t work. I told them I’d be like to keep the bar and just use it without the tracking features (since they don’t work) if they would be willing to refund the difference between the 2 bar systems. Never heard back from them. So now I will be returning my X3 Force Bar for a refund (minus having to pay for shipping out of pocket) and I will make sure to purchase a resistance bar from one of their competitors instead.
Poor product. Poor customer service. When paying for the product paid £70 in shipping fees to then get hit with a >£100 import fee & offered no support.

This company does not mess around. You order something; they ship it. Their X3 system is exactly what I was looking for. I wish I'd found it years ago. I also use the Fortagen. It's not easy for me to get enough usable protein through diet alone and Fortagen helps me build and keep muscle while cutting calories. I have seen dramatic results in a short time period. Highly recommend. I also recommend the book... you can find it on Amazon.
I ordered the Fortagen Protein Powder and have been using it for the last six months. I has helped me with my recovery through a knee replacement and an elbow triceps tendon repair. I like the Chocolate Raspberry flavor and it is easy to drink.

They run a FB group for X3 users who have paid a substantial amount of money for their equipment but the Admin of the group is extremely rude and if you complain about their rudeness and ask for an apology they simply block you out of the group. Not what is expected.
