All around a great experience, good prices , but the only issue i had is when i ordered something and it was out of stock but i wasn’t informed it was out of stock until i contacted support so i had to wait longer than expected but other than that great website

Well first order went well but 2nd order has taken almost 2 weeks and still hasn't shipped out. They brag about overnight delivery but don't offer it. Theyve kept over $500 with no update refund or tracking number for 10 days. I consider myself ripped off... Don't make the same mistake I did save your money...

Overall they have realy good bud for its price with fast shipping too. Had an issue with one pack, but their customer service was solid and they handled it professionally and quickly.

Not impressed so far. Ordered 6 days ago paying for priority and insurance. Still has not shipped and don't know when it will. Another hemp company that is sketchy. They also charged for the full amount when I ordered. This is total BS. Buy from a company that actually does what it says it will do, This one ain't it.

I have never been disappointed in BAYSMOKES up until now. I placed an order and received it very quickly; however, one of the items I ordered was not as described on their website. I reached out to them, and they were very quick to respond. After I sent photos as requested, the communication stopped. I am not getting any response to my emails inquiring about a remedy for my order. I tried their chat feature on the website, providing the order number along with dates, and they are asking for a screenshot of the order confirmation. They are the company; they should have that information at hand or at least in their system. no response and no remedy. BEWARE THEIR REFUND POLICY IS NOT SOMETHING THE HONOR.

Scammers. I was prompted by baysmokes to send money to a number provided with a 470 area code . They had me send to another number with an 803 area code. I selected express shipment. A week later no tracking number or refund. Just endless emails saying they would work on the order which they never did. Both numbers also acted like they had no idea what was going on. What person keeps money from someone they do not know? Regardless, I have taken the financial loss and do not recommend using them. It is clear they scam people who purchase in smaller quantities after reading other reviews. If you plan on using baysmokes I suggest you go another route as they lack business etiquette, ethics and accountability.

Love this company. Order from it all the time. Great product.
