Been a customer for a few years, and until now I’ve had great service. I placed a $300 order and it has been 15 days and still has not shipped. I ordered before Fathers Day, it is now 4th of July.

I’m assuming the farm bill impacted and quality has fallen off.

Buyer beware, unfortunately I do not think I will purchase again after being a loyal customer for a while.

They never shipped my order. Reached out to inquire 2 different times 1.5 weeks from order date & they never responded. Later filed had to file a dispute

After reading the reviews I know I'm not alone. I place an order over 10 days ago and just email confirmation with no tracking number so far. Sent several emails with noo responses.. I've been purchasing since 2024 and never an issue....UPDATE. After review i received a tracking number and receive package on July 6

This company is about volume. There shipping is terrible. Product is decent a bit over price. I stopped useing them back in April. Got my birthday points tried to use them my order was canceled. Use at your own risk. 3 to 4 weeks for delivery, on top of taking so long ive heard of empty boxes being sent out saying order completed. BBB, has some stories about this company. They wanted me to tell my experience, well there it is.

Buyers beware I've ordered from this company a few times the last time I tried to order from them they told me that I needed to provide with medical documentation and wanted to charge me an extra $99 after purchasing thca through them numerous times I've never had to do this they are now refusing my refund

2 orders $750 no e mail response-phone is busy 24/7.zero movement on either orders.Had 3 orders previously,last one 12-06-2025.BROKE AND PISSED.My wife is ill and needS THC-A to relieve pain.BEWARE SENIORS ON SSI.

I have ordered here multiple times in the past and the thx is always good.. but the way there warehouse handles the shipping process/farm process is down right just disgusting.. you guys post saying you can’t complain until 3 business days have passed now I’m on my 5th day and not even a tracking number was made for my
Package yet.. no updates on what’s happening nothing just crickets!! And when I go to ask for help on information about where my stuff is they can’t even give me a straight answer it’s just a “we are super delayed from are farm this never happens” well if the farm isn’t delivering you the spacific stuff you need to complete my order. MESSAGE ME and ask if I’d like to swap it out for something you have right now?!? Instead of having your customers pay $15 for shipping when I could of paid the lowest amount of shopping cost and still get my package at the same time

Place order for $3200 and they gave me a fake tracking number, with fake updates! Asked me for $175 for express air shipping which I paid and nobody will call me on the phone, nobody will do anything just a fraudulent experience! Be very cautious dealing with them! They all liars!

Shipping Sucks...
The product is good if you ever get it. Customer service sucks. There is no number to call, you can only contact them through an email. The address they give isn't their store, it's a post office. On average it takes 10 days to 2 weeks.
Last order was never delivered and took over 6 weeks to get a refund.

I've bought in the past without issues, But with 1 order I caught my mistake right away and emailed customer service to cancel the order and they confirmed order was canceled and still sent it to the wrong address! $120.00 waisted!
I made a $189.00 order on May 23, I emailed customer service on the 6th of June! Was informed they was waiting on 1 of my items that was out of stock. I told them to send it without that item! Now it's the 9th of June and I finally got a shipping confirmation!
Sad because I love some of their of their STUFF it helps with my CRPS (chronic pain)

Its being able to have it delivered to your door, your option , your price, your distinct choices, can't beat that👍!

Have a huge selection and it isnt overly expensive. Communication when things are out is awesome. Everyone is very friendly. The product, I have tried multiple places and Bay is on of my favorites. Only thing I can say is maybe more reward options
