Great experience. Amazing service from Battmobile.

Battmobile.ae or A & F Auto Repair L.L.C Its very bad experience, they took then vehicle and then they will not return on time, they have lake of mechanics and also very poor services, They took my vehicle for major service, promised to give it back next day but they did not given it back and very unprofessionally not even informed they it will be delayed, After my call, they said will give it back next day but, again next day no one pickup the call and car is not given me back. Be aware guys they will take the car for service but not give on the committed time, its very unprofessional. I am going to file complain with consumer forum as well.
The customer care team is very unprofessional, lake of communication skills and they dont have any system where you can track the raised concern. its all over phone call and whatsapp, the whatsapp numbers are not even working just text but not the call.

I purchased a battery for my Honda CRV in 2024. I had sent the actual battery pictures and specifically ordered the Amaron 55E series. After a long wait, the technician arrived with a 45E series instead and insisted that I take it, showing a rude attitude. I accepted it due to the delay and trusting the warranty.

After 14 months—still within the warranty period—the battery failed, so I contacted them for service. They kept me waiting for more than two hours and then brought a different brand, insisting it was better than Amaron. I refused, and they told me I had to wait for another option. After another two hours, they delivered a different battery, but then informed me that there was no warranty remaining and that the replacement was a one-time warranty claim.

This is my first time to deal a contract with Battmobile for my car service, I'm very disappointed with the process.
- I booked my CAR on Dec. 6 at 9:00am slot
- Reached the shop at 9:55am,
- I spoked the service advisor (Umair)at 10:15am about my CAR and advised to include the rotation of the tire, he told me to wait in the waiting area
- At 12:15nn, I checked my CAR outside and I saw my CAR is still parked in the same location, no one is taking care and following the status of my CAR
- I discussed with the service advisor (Umair) and he didn't know that my CAR still not attended.
- For 2hrs the CAR is pending and the alibi is because they have lot of customers on Saturday
- They have a booking policy and accepted my CAR as per alloted slot but they cannot manage to do it ON TIME
- Battmobile has a weak process to handle the workload and they are accepting everything without checking their workload
- The service advisor (Umair) is just sitting in the office and not following the vehicle assigned to him.
- 4 to 5 hrs time table of doing the Minor service of one CAR is too much and not realistic
- Battmobile customer service is VERY POOR and NOT GOOD.....

My car was delivered safe and clean by Bilal javed

Mr Talha Javed coordinated well for the pick up and drop off for my minor service.Also service advisor explained well about car inspection report.
