I cannot track my order, and there is no contact number to follow up or inquire. My order has been pending for 10 days and I still haven't received it.

Just used these guys for the first time, as I needed a new cable for a super nintendo. It was easy to find via the search, and I couldn’t believe that I didn’t have to pay any postage. It was also cheaper than similar items on ebay. I had a question, so I emailed, and it was answered straight away. I will now be looking for more things to purchase.

I ordered on the 25th of December a xlr cable to usb. Yes I do understand that there is obviously a holidays delay but then my order was posted on the 29th. During this period the communication was good and I had thought that all was going well. Until they gave me a date that the order will come. Due to this already being 14 days since posted I had already had low confidence of anything successful. I was told to wait 3 days , 3 days came and nothing was received or delivered. I then emailed the company demanding my refund twice each a few hours gapped. The communication ever since I did not receive my order the first date told hugely declined in service. They’ve respond saying some stuff and that since it didn’t arrive they can process a refund for me. Ever since this message I have emailed 3 times about my refund and they haven’t responded or refunded my money back. Wouldn’t be returning unless DESPERATE for something 💯
