Good Quality Batteries, just very slow shipping
I still have not received the batteries. I placed this order on April 5th 2021. Today is May 21st 2021. No where on the site did I see that shipping could take this long. This is so frustrating. And customer service hasn't been able to provide me any information as to where my shipment is. They are very responsive to emails, which is great, but I need the batteries. I don't think I will be ordering from here again. This is crazy!
I wanted to update my review: I have finally received the batteries I ordered last week, they took almost 2 months to get here. The batteries arrived in perfect condition and they were exactly what I ordered. I can't give 5 stars because waiting 2 months is just not OK, but they did come, the product was great, for a good price, and the customer service has been lovely. As long as you don't need the batteries right away, this is a great place to order from to find challenging battery sizes. Thank you!

On the website we estimate delivery to the US and Canada to take 8-18 days via standard post, however, packages that were sent in early April were stuck in transit for a long time and most of these reached US very recently and we are really sorry to see this.

This order was billed on April 5, but I still have not received it.
I placed this order on April 4, 2021. It was billed to my credit card on April 5, 2021. As of this date I have been unable to trace the shipment which supposedly was shipped on April 5, 2021. I would like the batteries or a refund. Richard Mistarz Order # 1371-B

The tracking number is showing that item arrived to the United States and was processed by USPS May 22, 2021.
Please kindly allow few additional days for this to deliver or in case items are no longer needed by the time these arrive, feel free to refuse the order and we will be sure to refund the purchase.

The company customer service really is…
The company customer service really is there for their customers. My order was sent from Europe and took forever to be delivered and after contacting customer service I was put at ease that the order was being delayed due to the postal service and that if it hadn't been delivered by such and such a date I would receive a refund.

Slow shipping to US
Upon purchase, I chose the 4-day shipping option. What I didn't realize was that my batteries are shipping from Lithuania. If you're in the US, the few dollars you save here are not worth the time. It has been 3.5 weeks and I still have not received my order. Also, their tracking link from Le Poste didn't work, but after reaching out to customer support they provided me a link from US Postal Service that did. EDIT: I received it after 30 days. The batteries are as described, and working as expected.

My purchase experience was good. Item purchased cam from overseas and took longer than expected to arrive because of it, and to add insult to injury the USPS being what it is has been a nightmare in slow deliveries.

Great!!! I ordered Monday and my order was on my doorstep when I came home the next day. Needed these quick so paid for the fast delivery and did not regret. I was expecting a bit longer ship time now but was pleasantly surprised. Also good deal on pricing. Thank you
