Fantastic experience

Overall - A Good Experience
First of all, the batteries are the good batteries I rely on daily for my hearing aides working well in a case that I can open without breaking off my fingernails, something I cannot purchase locally. I would have given a 5 star rating if it were not for my disappointment that it cost almost $20 for delivery because on the order process I could not figure out any way to indicate that standard USPS delivery was soon enough. Otherwise, I am very happy with the product quality, product price and service.

Eneloop Battery Charger
Battery Charger came well packaged and within a reasonable time period.
Unable to determine quality of Battery Charger as not been used yet for rechargeable batteries as they are still in Nature Camera which is monitoring a bird box.
Price paid was good which included postage. I would certainly buy from
this Company again.

Great product selection
Great product selection. Timely delivery considering I ordered from the other side of the world. They even gave me a power plug converter.

Awful
Awful. I ordered batteries on August 11, 2025. Still not here. Very poor service. It is now August 26.

They're in another country and 18+ days shipping. Couldn't cancel.
When I ordered, I didn't realize it was from country next to Russia and would take 18 days or more to get it. I tried to cancel since it wasn't shipped yet. They said it has been shipped, but tracking said otherwise. That was a week ago. So they lied knowing there is nothing I could do about it. So, I'm just going to write it off as a loss. Don't do business with them... you were warned.

The price of the batteries. It took longer than I thought, or I would have given them a five star review.
