This is the first time I have ordered from Battery Division and everything went real smooth. It took a little longer to ger the merchandise than I anticipated but I guess that is a "sign of the times".

This product has a european plug
This product has a european plug. If you are purchasing in the U.S. do not purchase. The website appears American and the transaction is in dollars so there is no reason to verify what kind of plug this energizer charger has. It is not clearly written that this item has a european plug anywhere other than in opening the specifications, however, there is no indication that this company is in Lithuania and not an american site at all therefor catering to the european market, not the U.S. They will accept a return if the product has not been opened, but they will not pay for return shipping back to Lithuania. So if you purchase this product, you will have to pay for return shipping.

Not the right one
I placed an order of Duracell Duralock but you sent me wrong. Duralock was in your website that’s why I placed my order. Otherwise, I could have just bought these ordinary Duracell that you sent me at the supermarket.

Nothing wrong with the product
Nothing wrong with the product. The price was competitive. The only reason for the 3 star rating was slow delivery.
