Wir sind mit Batmaid zufrieden
Wir sind mit Batmaid sehr zufrieden. Das Problem bei uns ist, dass wir sie nur 1x im Monat 2h brauchen für einmal gut durchputzen. Das wiederum ist sehr unattraktiv für die Damen und demensprechend haben wir dauernd Wechsel. Dh. immer wieder eine neue Person einarbeiten. Das frisst Zeit und dann kommt wieder eine andere. Wir hoffen, dass wir nun endlich eine Dame haben, die öfter kommt.
Wir denken, hätten wir wöchentlich 2h wäre alles anders und Batmaid bekäme wohl auch 5 Sterne von uns. Was sehr gut ist, man lässt uns nicht hängen und kümmert sich immer sehr wohlwollend um uns. Batmaid reagiert schnell und ist sehr Hilfsbereit.

Tolle Sache!
Ich war ja skeptisch, eine unbekannte Person bei mir reinigen zu lassen... Doch ich muss sagen, der Service von Batmaid ist absolut seriös und die Reinigung wird nach meinen Wünschen ausgeführt - egal, ob ich währenddessen zu Hause bin oder doch im Büro. Ich bin sehr zufrieden und froh, diesen Service für mich entdeckt zu haben.

Last minute cancellations, Basel
I like the fact that service can be booked by website and in easy way, so the concept is good. However, the customer support behind the concept is not at the level. Over 5 weeks I got 3 cancellations because of Agent’ sickness. A new service was not proposed the same day, nor even the same week. I have now requested to cancel the recurrent appointment because situation is not acceptable.
Very disappointed with customer support.
Update from Nov 15 - The company called me to propose a solution the same week. Agent was good. I
am now willing to try again :)

After months of last minute…
After months of last minute cancellations (and recancellations of the proposed replacements) finally decided I’ve had enough and decided to cancel all appointments and terminate the contract. I’ve used batmaid for several years now as a regular customer and noticed a significant drop in customer service after the split into two services over the past several months. Batmaid customer support informed us they have a shortage of batmaids in Basel due to which they are unable to find alternative solutions, and batmaids are frequently cancelling due to illness. Would not recommend batmaid as a service.
