This is just a company using social media to lure people , they dont deliver anything they promise , never show up on site , builders drunk on the grounds , high quotes for cheaper knock offs , just stopped the building works as the roofs were already sagging. Dont stick to the design as agreed, never clarify doubts . Most of all there never straight forward answers if at all ypu get any

Our Experience:
Quoted materials? Swapped for cheaper, inferior knock-offs without a word.
“Skilled professionals dedicated to excellence”? More like poorly equipped amateurs who couldn’t build a straight wall if their life depended on it.
Brand-new items? Damaged through sheer carelessness — and then installed anyway.
The owners, Fidelis and Felicita Maiba, are experts at ghosting. Their attention is reserved for:
Social media content designed to lure new “clients” (read: victims).
Collecting initial payments and occasionally gracing the site for a quick video cameo.
Accountability? Optional. Messages from frustrated clients are ignored until the owners can abandon the site, breach the contract, and hand over complaints to an attorney who threatens frivolous defamation suits — more intimidation than compensation.
If you want a nightmare disguised as a “high-end” build, go ahead. Otherwise, steer very clear of Batir Construction Ltd. and QS Fidelis & Felicita Maiba — because once they have your money, your project’s reality becomes someone else’s social media content.
