I ordered 2 sets of pliers from Distinguisha.com thru Facebook. Distinguisha provided tracking thru Core Business logistics with a tracking number. Distinguisha indicated the Package was delivered and placed in or near the mailbox. Did not happen! The Core Business tracking number did not work with USPS tracking.
Notified Distinguisha, they provided a Post Office tracking number LN896119111CA. Contact with the USPS revealed the item associated with the tracking number weight was 5 oz. The order of 2 plier sets would have been considerably more. Also the item associated with the tracking number was not sent to my address and that the same track number has been FRAUDULENT used three times! 

Useless thieves. Forever this and that excuse but nothing is comming.Avoid dealing with them as you will be sponsoring their pockets

The advertised halloween calender was not even close to what was shown on their advertised video. It was about a 4th of the size and all hut three of the items were rubber. This is definitely a scam and I will not order again from places I don't recognize on line.

I bought an item on August 12 was told to be 3 to 5 business days. It is now August 27 and the item just arriving United States they’re blaming the shipping company however they didn’t fill the order until August 18. They are blaming the shipping company, but it’s not the shipping company’s fault as theirs for false advertisement and taking so long to mail the item and then not owning up to their mistakes.Because

Total scam. Bought glasses that 'automatically' adjust depending on whether you look far or close.

About SIX MONTHS AGO I have bought three Mecha Metal Rocket Lighters and I have NEVER received them. Even when I have contacted their support @ distinguisha.com , they never give me a serious answer and never received what I bought.
Just today I received two pencils nothing to do with what I bought. Please help me !!

Same as reviews wrong tracking..one said delivered which didn't, communication issues and emails and no respond to questions! Horrible

This company is a fraud!! I never got what i ordered. When I requested my refund,they stated that they had to subtract for shipping. I ordered 2 bottles of the Nyla EDP perfume back in early May 2025. I never heard from them or received my package. So I wrote them about this. They gave some lame excuse that it was sent back.the postal service would have notified me. The So call tracking was no help. Do not buy from this company. It's a scam to take your money. If it were reputable, they would have allowances for lost packages .

I ordered 2 of the Mecha Metal Rocker Lighters. Shipping took 4 weeks. Upon receipt, I noticed that the bag that the 2 lighters had been shipped in was ripped, looked as though it had gotten run over. Of the 2 lighters, 1 was broken. I emailed the company who asked for pictures. They then denied me by saying that they could not determine the damage was caused by myself or shipping and offered me $4 credit in their store as good faith. I told them to keep the good faith and I just won’t shop at their store any longer. They then emailed that they would exchange it but return shipping is a joke and offered $6 refund. They can keep theirs and my money and I just learned a lesson. I won’t purchase anything from then ever again and I suggest that you don’t either to eliminate the hassle. They do not stand by their packaging or shipping practices, which is terrible.

The "Nyla" perfume does not hold a scent. I purchased two bottles and it's trash. Do not waste your money. It would have been nice if it was advertised as fake so I could have kept my money, efforts, and time.

I bought 4 pairs of smart zoom prescription glasses, +1 to +7, with anti glare and transitions. It took 38 days to arrive after paying for expedited shipping and packaging. And frankly all I got was 4 clear glasses frames. This product does not work as advertised. Went to write a review on the site and the product is not there

Don't buy from this store. I bought an item and it arrived almost two months later, all broken. They don't want to refund me. They only want to give me $3 in compensation. They're scammers.

I ordered the viral summer dress with bra and underwear built in. I ordered 2 sizes just to make sure I got something that fit. Neither did and they were the same size. I tried it on my 9 year old granddaughter and the length was perfect. She’s less than 5’ tall. They offered me a $4 refund! I can’t give these away! What a waste.

SCAM!!!!! Ordered perfume 5/2/25. the tracking info said arrived in US from ITALY on 5/19/25. Than nothing. I email customer service 6/18/25. They gave me a completely different tracking#. that info said it was from CHINA not Italy. Info said arrived US 6/9/25, in California [where I live] 6/14/25. Now in Florida 6/18/25. When I email them again saying all the info is fake & item never arrived. They said it was delayed due to tariffs. Both fake tracking info says it cleared customs 3 weeks ago. They are just stalling so the charges cant be disputed. All tracking info is fake. I disputed the charge through Paypal & gave them all the fake tracking #s & info.

Don't purchase from them!!!! I have been going round and round about my item that I purchased. I requested my money back and they make excuses. The tariff in the U.S. Like I explained I have gotten other items from other countries and no problems. I will contact Tik Tok to shut their pages down. I would given them no star but you have to give at least one star.

Placed order for Nyla perfume on May 14 still haven't received it. They gave me a fake tracking number. Then 3 weeks later gave me another tracking number saying its on it way at the USPS but won't say where and the tracking number shows its at a location and been there for 6 days. That tracking number isn't working either . So don't order through this company . They are a scam!!!

I ordered the viral sleevless summer mini dress with shorts attached. Poor quality and they wouldn't even fit a 5 year old. I have emailed for a refund. Waiting a response.

Discussed ordered Nyla perfume its been 2 months I'll email customer support and get the same answers meaning a shipment problem etc. worst company i wouldn't order anything from this company SCAM!! Ended up receiving the perfume and it was a knock off 3 to 4 months later.

Terrible customer service!
I ordered sunglasses that fit over regular glasses for $25. They took 4 weeks to arrive, are cheaply made, and way too small. I contacted the company and asked for a refund and said I would send them back. The reply I got was that they would give me $2. I would NOT recommend buying anything from them!

I can’t find this company’s customer service page anywhere and I’ve ordered perfume from this company Smh I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone
