Very knowledable staff, the product is easy to use, my only comment is that the final colour is very white compared to my bath, which means you can see the repair..

I ordered the kit on a Sunday and it arrived on Tuesday. I was kept up to speed the whole way through the process and the parcel came as promised. Not used the product yet but it seems fit for purpose

Instructions unclear on side of cardboard. This outer sleeve stated details on how to use putty inside - but none there. So not sure if I needed. At the end realised I should have used. Two bottles inside with white substance not labelled. Not sure which is Acrylic Polish and which is bathroom brightener. So had to guess and throughout breathing in strong fumes. All of these voids in information are critical to a user/myself losing confidence in application. Potentially dangerous and harmful. Kit as a whole appears low quality; does not stand out as being worth the £29.99. Outcome of job not as good as expected mainly due to poor communication in instructions.

Good instructions and easy to use. Pre measured components make a single batch of repair mix, would be fiddly to make a smaller amount.

The price of this repair kit saved us literally £100s in bath replacement costs.
Colour match is an issue as repair is very white compared to our Ideal Standard bath but it’s asking a lot of an inexpensive kit and otherwise we’re really satisfied

The internet web page thoroughly explained the process of repair and when to use putty and how to finish with the acrylic mixture. I used this to compare with other products and this product covers all aspects of the repair, also giving a waterproof finish.
I have not used it yet on our bath that has suffered an impact blow breaking the outer finish layer so cannot comment on ease of use.
I also chose this product as it can all be done within 4 hours and does not need 24 hours to cure as with other products. Cost very affordable and cheaper than a new bath.

Haven't used it yet, but have done in the past with previous one. Worked well then so I'm sure it will again and delivery is also rapid.

Didn’t confirm order by email had to chase however it was delivered within 3 days . The kit worked well but the instructions could have been a bit clearer and it would have been nice for smaller quantities in separate dosage’s to treat the issues as it has to be measured precisely and if you wanted to save some it would have been easier

Ordering was simple although I had no confirmation email. I rang up and someone answered and then called me back, very rare today! Big problem though is despite all the promises it's way much whiter than the new bath. So it doesn't work anybetter than all the other products out there

Delivery was quick and scratch remover worked very well

First time users. Repairing a hairline crack in the vase of our acrylic bath. Followed instructions which we found to be straightforward 👍. Result is good. Difficult to judge how proud to leave the mixture. We had alot of sanding down to do but it’s ok. Would recommend for what we needed.

Needed to repair damage in the drainage groove of my shower tray. It says to overfill , but it’s difficult to judge that, so it left quite a bit to be rubbed down, but the supplied sandpaper wasn’t enough. It was also too white, but my shower is fairly old,so I wasn’t expecting it to match. It’s done the repair,so that’s the main thing. I would however buy this product again, if I needed further repairs.

It worked fine on the enamel bath. You just have to be really careful how you remove excess once it's set. I partially uncovered a bit of the broken area again, because the craft knife I was using to try and shave excess back caught and cracked a bit off. Sanding is fine, so make sure you smooth it as much as you can before it sets.

Shallow cracks and chips don't work. It just peeled off the ceramic handbasin. After I'd applied it (unfortunately) I saw the hints and tips leaflet in the pack had a second side, which advised deepening any chip or crack to tackle this problem. I would say at least 3mm deep for it to not peel off ceramic.
