Great service from the team at Bathrooms Direct. They were knowledgeable and friendly and communications were good from the order date to delivery. After being let down by another bathroom company (who closed up shop with no warning and kept our money), Bathrooms Direct were able to source the item I was missing and arranged delivery within a few days. Ben, Lauren and Paul were all very helpful and made the whole thing a lot less stressful. Would very much recommend!

I have just refitted 2 bathrooms, first time ever for me. I stumbled across Bathroom Direct Yorkshire website when I was pricing hardware as I decided to order everything myself rather than via a specialist bathroom shop. Not only were they offering great prices on many of the items (all high end quality fittings), I called the shop for a bit of advice. I spoke to Paul and wow, I have never looked back. He managed to source all the rest of items on my list for the best prices even though they were not displayed on their site. Everything was quick, organised and efficient in quoting, ordering and delivery. I made a few mistakes in ordering (eg. Shower tray waste hit a steel beam and needed swapping for a new model, plumber made a few fitting mistakes to name a few snags but nothing was too much trouble to exchange/refund and Paul always found a solution). Honestly I can’t tell you how life saving Paul has been, this has been the best shopping experience ever and Paul’s customer service has left me speechless. I would recommend this company to anyone. Amazing, thank you so much as I can’t imagine what I would have done otherwise!

Highly recommend this company. I have ordered a number of items from Bathrooms Direct Yorkshire for a new cloakroom. Throughout the ordering process the staff have been friendly, informative and helpful. I needed a refund for one of the items which I'd ordered by mistake. No hassles, and instantly dealt with. In summary, I wish that all companies were this good; Bathrooms Direct Yorkshire were a pleasure to deal with.

I can’t recommend this company enough. They supplied the majority of items for our bathroom refurbishment and were the best prices for the Merlyn and Villeroy & Boch products we wanted. Usually you find that the lowest prices come from companies that quote a great price, take your money; then can’t actually fulfil the order and take ages to process your refund. Not only was the price the best, but the service was excellent. It was great to be able to speak to Ben, who was knowledgable and helped us with any questions we had. The best thing was actually being able to speak to someone by telephone without any of the hour long wait or email only contact like many other companies. If you want a great deal, personal service and hassle free supply, use this company.

Villeroy & Boch push plate order delayed but the company kept me up to date and arranged next day delivery when the parts came into stock

Mis-labelling / selling. Avoid Bathrooms Direct Yorkshire. Ordered a Crosswater shower valve. The delivered item didn't include the valve. Phoned the company and they say there is an optional extra called "installation part" which you need to select to get the valve, otherwise you only get the trim. Since the image of the core object shows the valve itself it is surely misleading at best, fraudulent at worst to sell goods like this. Called the company and they said "sorry it is misleading..."

It was a pleasure doing business with this company. Ordered a couple of Axor items that were special order. Communication was excellent throughout the process. Goods arrived a day later than planned but that was down to a delay caused by DPD and no fault of Bathrooms Direct Yorkshire. Ben was great with his communication and even emailed us to make sure everything was OK following delivery.

Like virtually everybody else here we have had a good experience with this company. We were looking for a Villeroy & Boch Quaryl bath and although many online companies showed them they all quoted 3 month or more as the delivery times from Germany. Brexit being the usual reason given. Prices quoted were from £670 to full retail of about £1100. Then we found a Wolverhampton bathroom showroom/supplier who had one to view then gave us the usual about delivery but would check with the supplier. Amazingly there was one left and we could have it in a week. They like all the rest advertised it at under £700 on their website, inc legs and V&A waste, but now it was £1100 because of new VAT? V&A now charging for the legs as an extra and delivery etc.
We left it.
Another hunt when we got home produced Bathrooms Direct (Yorkshire) & Ben. I rang him and asked if he could secure the one remaining in the country and would he honour the price of £690 on his website. Turned out the supplier had 7 not just 1 in stock and V&A still supplied the legs etc as standard. Bath arrived with him on the Friday, 3 days after ordering, and with us the following Thursday. Came extremely well packed on a small pallet.
A word about the delivery though. Because many people on here comment on how difficult the delivery drivers can be when they insist on just leaving their goods on the side of the road. Our guy from Palletline took it out of the van then got out the electric mover and took it up our very steep drive through a maze of rubbish (skip had not turned up as promised) and parked it under our carport right by the front door. Great service from Ben and BDY and the delivery company. And how often can we say that!

In case I did not make it clear Ben did honour the price and there was no extra charge for delivery.

I have recently purchased a Merlyn 10 sliding door enclosure with a side panel and a non slip Merlyn level 25 shower tray from Bathrooms direct Yorkshire Ben was superb throughout the process and the price was so much lower than all other suppliers nationally I was originally a little concerned as I live in Hampshire. Ben gave a delivery date and all arrived well packed on a pallet undamaged the quality of the product is superb I highly rate both Bathrooms Direct Yorkshire and Merlyn Thank you Ben and BDY

Initially ordered a bath from these guys, brilliant service and quick delivery, good communication all the way through. Used them again recently and have nothing but praise, needed the bits in a hurry so they got them to me as soon as soon as possible. Thanks Graham and team, can’t recommend you enough.

It's taken me a while to post this but I wanted time to write a proper review and building work doesn't often allow for that!

I can't fault Bathrooms Direct Yorkshire, and I couldn't be happier with their customer service. We ordered a V&A bath from them recently which arrived promptly, they organised delivery and communication was fantastic.

When the bath arrived we, along with our plumbers managed to transport it upstairs safely. Once in position, we unwrapped it and noticed a few small chips on the base of the bath, and some lines (like pencil marks) they were minor and appeared to have been caused when making the bath as they were underneath all the protective packaging.

I contacted Bathrooms Direct and sent photos, they were happy to help and keen to get the issue resolved as soon as possible for us. The customer service from this company was absolutely exceptional from start to finish, a breath of fresh air especially with everything going on with COVID at the moment meaning companies are busier than ever with online orders.

Thank you for all of your help and for making this purchase easy, small manufacturing faults become minor issues when customer service is great.

Pleasant company to deal with. I rang ahead of placing my order as had tight timelines to deal with, Graham was most professional on the phone taking my details and checking with the supplier before I made my order. At some point before ordering I had to call again as I'd made a mistake with the size of bath and again Graham dealt with my query promptly. The most amazing thing was that the bath arrived even earlier than expected - now thats what I call service!

I used this company to purchase a Keuco Edition 11 Shower Basket Silver Anodized/Chrome Plated. It was pricey but as a consumer that was my choice as I believe you get what you pay for....and we did. It was speedy delivery and is a stunning item. I've never used BDYorkshire before but certainly would again. 100% recommended.

Very helpful from start to finish. The items we were after wasn’t listed on their website but After a couple of emails we had a quote for everything we wanted.

Our visit to Bathrooms Direct Yorkshire was made as a result of a rather unsatisfactory “ordeal" with another company and we were not disappointed. We had our plan and ideas of what we wanted for our two shower rooms and Ben Freeman made it happen with total ease.
Ben put our ideas on CAD so that we could see how our rooms would look and this was our start point. Ben listened to our requirements and helped us choose our fixtures and fittings to obtain our desired finish. We had our own fitter, who made Ben’s plans come to life. Six months on and we have absolutely no negative issues, we would certainly recommend this Company.
