Excellent customer service. I was looking for the parts for my previous purchase of shower door and that one is sorted very simply in one email request. I’m very much impressed with after sales service and definitely recommend this business for all your bathroom needs. Thanks

I just wanted to say thank you for the…response to my complaint/query

I just wanted to say thank you for the excellent customer service I've received especially Minahil Mehood.
Unfortunately, I've now received two deliveries of goods that were not up to standard. However, on both occasions, the support I've received from your customer service team has been outstanding.
I spoke with your colleague this morning, who was extremely helpful, informative, and took the time to explain the refund process clearly. They dealt with my query professionally and efficiently, making what could have been a frustrating experience much easier.
Although it's disappointing that the items arrived in poor condition, the level of customer service has been fantastic and is very much appreciated. Please pass on my thanks to your colleague and the rest of the team.
