I have renovated my home, but have been badly affected by two rogue builders meaning year long delays installing some of the items ordered. I cannot fault bathroom mountains customer service, over a year after ordering my vanity unit, it was installed only to find the drawer did not sit flush. I reached out to bathroom mountain and my concerned was handled by Charlotte, who has arrange to send a new vanity unit out. Can't ask for better service than that, its coming tomorrow! 😊✨️

Great service from Muqaddis at Bathroom mountain. I accidently ordered the wrong toilet and she helped me to sort that out and initiated a refund. I subsequently ordered the correct toilet from bathroom mountain, which was delivered the very next day! Wonderful service and delivery times!

Although your representative was fantastic it was a real pain to order. Not simple at all which I would expect in this day. I had to keep waiting for emails, send payment via bacs (so had to set up a new payee in my banking app, and flick back and forth on apps to complete this). Time consuming and annoying to be honest
