Easy to find the product I needed, arrived within 24 hours, was exactly what I requested as described on website, good quality, easy to install and working correctly.

Haider Jamil helped me on the phone today and was polite, reassuring and directed me on the course of action needed. He was efficient and made it easy for me to solve a problem with an order.

Muqaddis was so helpful, and professional if I could have given 10 stars I would have done. Over 1 hour on the phone but was calm and professional all the time for a situation which was out of her control, a credit to the company.

The staff at Bathroom Mountain were very helpful especially Haider as we thought we had a shelf missing but turned out we had it upside down! They were going to replace the item until we found out it was us. Haider was very helpful & courteous, would certainly recommend them & give them 5 stars

They sell products but make it impossible to speak to their their technical guys. Not customer facing.
I bought new bath and other bits including a waste and bath filler. The website did not make it clear this is not a standalone product. After fitting it yesterday discovered it does not mix the water and gives no way to control the flow. On the phone their sales lady suggested I should read the instructions! I had. Just because I’m a man does not mean ignore that step.
Turns out this needs separate mixer valve. They don’t sell one for just the bath. Nobody there could tell me this because of their bad product knowledge.
Buy from them with caution.

I never will again!
