I have received excellent service from Kelsey at Bathroom Mountain.

We had a very positive experience with Bathroom Mountain. They offer a wide choice of products, very good quality and fair prices.
What particularly stood out was their excellent customer service. A special thank you to Sajeel, who was exceptionally helpful, kind and attentive. We had some missing items that were causing an issue with our construction works, and he went out of his way to help us and resolve everything in the best possible way.

Damaged part, the package was left until the plumber was able to fit us in, we had ordered from Bathroom Mountain due to the reviews, the delivery was a mix up which can happen with any order. Come to installation (4 weeks since delivery) I am not able to have one part replaced due to it being damaged as it is outwith the 48 hour checking point, and will need a full replacement, clearly not good for the planet either. I was given the cost for replacing it as £50, with free delivery. I was due to replace my larger bathroom in a few months, unfortunately I will not be using Bathroom Mountain. It took over an hour to be told that the cost would be on me.

Original Vanity Damaged, replacement order failed despite being told it was all sorted and I would receive email confirmation. When that didn’t arrive, new customer service rep said it was never put through. So they put through a new replacement order…which then arrived damaged worse than the first. I was offered a £40 refund on the first order to keep it (£300 vanity that’s unusable). No thanks.
