I made a decision to replace the complete cistern rather than replace the leaking siphon as I was concerned about parts not being compatible and it seemed to be the easiest solution. Straightforward process to reorder a replacement cistern as the details of the original order (from 2022) were still on the system and dealt with promptly by Mussab
Unit was delivered a day later than originally advised.
A shame I wasn’t advised that the replacement cistern was a different design from the original. This resulted in me having to discard the new cistern casing as the feed was on the opposite side preventing a simple swop over.

Ordered bathroom units, and within 2 days Bathroom Mountain dropped the price and started including a free toilet with the same set. Customer services refused any help — quite rudely while passing me from department to department, they were simply not willing to meet me in the middle with a partial refund, credit, or the toilet — claiming it was now a "different SKU" so I wasn't entitled to anything. Had to return the units at my own expense and reorder just to get the same deal, which seems like such a waste of everyone's time and money. No compromise offered at all. Product's fine but feels lower quality compared to the images, the customer service alone puts me off ever ordering again.

Great service, fast delivery

We recieved the product on time which is fantastic. Sadly the product did arrive broken, however Minahil managed to arrange a replacement right away without any issues. All I had to do was send photos of the damaged product and a replacement was arranged writhin an hour.

I had great help today from Waleed. I did not have my order number but he quickly found it and helped me to get a replacement part, Great Help

I spoke to Kerry on the phone who was so helpful! She was able to sort my online order query really quickly and also got me exactly what I was looking for. I followed up with an email and Haider came back to me really quickly regarding delivery, so I can't recommend the sales and customer service teams highly enough! Definitely recommend. Can't wait to get my order now!

If I could give zero stars i would. We have recently spent nearly £1500 with this company to renovate our bathroom. Our shower doors were delivered to us in a damaged box, but the item was fine. We had no issues until we realised the item was the wrong size.
I contacted the company to arrange a return within the stated 14 days, but was refused because the original packaging was damaged, making it unusable and not saleable to them.

After having no luck on the online chat, I called the customer services, who gave the same excuse and then suggested placing the item on Facebook marketplace. Even after stating that the item was sent to us in a condition which would in their words deem it unreturnable/not saleable, they refused the return or even an exchange since we were planning on buying a replacement through them, and gave no help or options other than I'm sorry, but if they were to take the item back, it would not be saleable, so the company would be out of pocket. And returning in a different box would not be allowed as it has the item details on it. I think that says a lot about the company considering we have spent £1500+ and they are more concerned that they would be out of pocket. Only after saying I wanted to make a complaint did the supervisor reluctantly offer a 30% refund.

I would say to avoid the company purely on their return policy as they dont care if their items arrive with you damaged or in a returnable condition.

In response to their reply: No options were given to resolve our issue. We were simply quoted the returns policy several times and basically told there was nothing you could do. The only person giving ideas to resolve the matter was me, thats poor customer service. Only when I pushed and wanted to make a formal complaint did you offer a partial refund.
Again, you missed the main issue of the item being delivered to us in a damaged box, meaning we were unable to return the item to you at no fault of our own.

I was placing an online order and needed to ask some questions so reached out on the online chat. I got put through to Waleed, who was amazing. He was quick in responding, really helpful and supported me after I had an issue. Would definitely recommend and happily order from Bathroom Mountain again. Thank you!

Really pleased with Bathroom Mountain, I've used them a few times now for our bathroom upgrade and they have really fast next day delivery, everything ordered is spot on and today I had to ring to change an order and they answered straight away, thanks to Muqaddis in customer service who was really helpful!

Ordered from Bathroom Mountain twice now. The first time no issues, very quick delivery everything arrived in perfect condition. Originally we were planning to only change one of the toilets but our plans changed to renovate both bathrooms at once. We ordered the second toilet and sadly it arrived with a small damage. Luckly, the support team (Waleed) arranged the replacement for the next day. Thank you!

I wouldn’t recommend, had awful issues from communication to delivery and then to missing parts. Lesson learnt really. Will use Victorian plumbing from now on :)

Product and price excellent as it was a basin so on sale too
But had to pay nearly £30 in delivery as there only seemed to be a 2 man delivery couldn’t see any option for a cheaper service for a product that could have been delivered by Parcelforce, Evri etc
