Brilliant company!
Customer service was great when we had a problem, which was absolutely no fault of the company, and they couldn't have been more helpful.
Items were shipped fast and everything was well packaged and exceeded expectations.

I have been a customer of Tile Mountain previously and have always rated their sales and customer service extremely highly. However, after the exceptionally attentive service I received yesterday from Muneeza and Saba at Bathroom Mountain, their sister company, I have to say they have exceeded even my already high expectations.

I urgently needed a particular shower tray which, unfortunately, was not currently on sale. Muneeza was extremely helpful from the outset and very quickly turned around a favourable quotation for me. She understood that the item was urgently required and also gave me reassurance that it could be delivered the following day.

When I received the quotation, however, I noticed that the actual product name and details were not shown. Naturally, I wanted to make absolutely certain that I was ordering the correct shower tray before making payment, so I tried to contact Muneeza again. She was already engaged on another call helping another customer, at which point Saba very kindly volunteered to assist me instead.

Saba immediately understood my concern and investigated the quotation thoroughly. She confirmed that although the customer-facing quotation had failed to itemise the product name and details, Muneeza had in fact created the quotation correctly behind the scenes and it was their IT system that had let them down.

What impressed me further was that Saba said she would highlight this quotation bug to their IT department so that the underlying problem could be investigated and corrected. Rather than simply finding a workaround for my particular order, she was thinking about preventing the same problem from affecting other customers in the future.

Saba then went another step further. Rather than simply reassuring me and ending the call, she volunteered to remain on the telephone while I placed the order, waited until it appeared on their system and checked that everything had gone through correctly. She also reassured me that the shower tray would be delivered the following day, reinforcing the assurance Muneeza had already given me earlier.

And they were both absolutely right: the shower tray was delivered today as promised, accompanied by numerous helpful communications keeping me informed of the delivery status throughout.

This is customer service as it should be. Both Muneeza and Saba deserve individual recognition. Muneeza was efficient, attentive and proactive in arranging a favourable quotation and helping with my urgent requirement. Saba took ownership of an issue that was not even of her making, investigated it thoroughly, ensured my order was correct, stayed with me until it was successfully placed, and took the initiative to report the system problem to their IT department.

It is very easy for companies to say that they put their customers first; it is the actions of individual members of staff that demonstrate whether that is really true. Muneeza and Saba certainly demonstrated it.

Sometimes one genuinely wonders why every supplier in the UK cannot operate like Tile Mountain and Bathroom Mountain — and employ staff with the same commitment to customer service as Muneeza and Saba.

Thank you both for an outstanding customer experience. Five stars are thoroughly deserved.

We are just getting the final touches to our bathroom and it looks amazing really happy with everything we bought,staff in store were very helpful when we needed them,which is exactly how it should be,no one pestered us as we walked around which I personally absolutely detest,even our fitter who is very very good,we had to wait nearly year till he was free,he says this is possibly the best looking bathroom he's put in.the only negative I have is our tiles are the black ones with the gold vein in them so he bought an extra pack of tiles incase he didn't like the way the veins lined up and we were very surprised that you wouldn't take one pack back that we have spare,don't understand why we couldn't recover a little money on a pack that's un opened that we won't use

Bath arrived without any legs, had to call to get them sent out which delayed our fitting. Also found out that the day the bath was delivered it went into the sale and was £70 cheaper, I asked if they could offer a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill (because apparently they don’t offer a price guarantee like many other bathroom retailers) and they refused to budge, I enquired about sending back the Bath and reordering at the cheaper price and was told I would have to arrange my own courier and insurance. All in all not good customer service and I wouldn’t shop there again, you can find better prices and services for the same products elsewhere.
