No staff product knowledge
They sell products but make it impossible to speak to their their technical guys. Not customer facing.
I bought new bath and other bits including a waste and bath filler. The website did not make it clear this is not a standalone product. After fitting it yesterday discovered it does not mix the water and gives no way to control the flow. On the phone their sales lady suggested I should read the instructions! I had. Just because I’m a man does not mean ignore that step.
Turns out this needs separate mixer valve. They don’t sell one for just the bath. Nobody there could tell me this because of their bad product knowledge.
Buy from them with caution.
I never will again!

I had such a great experience with Bathroom Mountain. I had an issue with a return while I was pregnant, and Harmain from the team was incredibly helpful. He was so professional, kind, and patient, and really helped me at a time when I was already feeling stressed. Nothing was too much trouble for him.
I was so impressed with the service that I immediately placed a replacement order. The quality of the products is honestly 10/10, the delivery was quick, and everything arrived in excellent condition. I’m really happy with everything I bought.
I would definitely recommend Bathroom Mountain to anyone. I’ve already told my friends and family to buy from them. Thank you for such amazing customer service!

Tim was amazing in helping me this morning when I realised a bathroom tap was missing from my order that I had placed the day before. It was turned around quickly with a goodwill gesture thrown in which is an excellent touch.

The quality of the shower doors were great and look very nice installed.

Excellent customer service
I have renovated my home, but have been badly affected by two rogue builders meaning year long delays installing some of the items ordered. I cannot fault bathroom mountains customer service, over a year after ordering my vanity unit, it was installed only to find the drawer did not sit flush. I reached out to bathroom mountain and my concerned was handled by Charlotte, who has arrange to send a new vanity unit out. Can't ask for better service than that, its coming tomorrow! 😊✨️

Great service from Muqaddis at Bathroom mountain. I accidently ordered the wrong toilet and she helped me to sort that out and initiated a refund. I subsequently ordered the correct toilet from bathroom mountain, which was delivered the very next day! Wonderful service and delivery times!
