Everything was ordered online with no issues. Delivery date was booked for around 3 days after the order was placed. Received an email in the morning the day before delivery, confirming delivery,
Then mid afternoon the day before delivery I received an email notifying me that an item was out of stock, then 2-3hrs later another email notifying me that another item was out of stock.
I do not understand how the day before delivery I am being notified that items were out of stock. This should of been highlighted before the order was placed especially since I had already changed the original item I wanted due to the website stating it was out of stock so I chose a similar item that was in stock.
17 days after original order was placed, I am still awaiting my missing item which was due today. Although I did receive 2no emails 8 days ago stating order had been cancelled then the other email stating item reordered. But still not delivery confirmation or update of when I will be expecting my missing item.

I have made a few purchases and have always been delighted with every thing. My last purchase I needed to return a couple of items and Saba made this very straightforward which helped. Fantastic service.

Thank you to everyone especially Charlotte who were involved in the return of the bathroom cabinet I recently purchased. Everything ran smoothly and my emails were always answered promptly and efficiently. In this day and age, that is unbelievable (in a nice way of course) and amazing! During the debacle with Royal Mail in losing the parcel, Charlotte took over the responses and dealt with my case very efficiently showing kindness and empathy. She clearly understood what had happened wasn’t my fault and dealt with it accordingly leaving me completely satisfied. Well done Charlotte (and everyone else who dealt with me). Keep up the great work. Thank you. This should be the norm for every company! 😁

Still awaiting delivery of item after 3 attempts, first 2 broken by courier 3 time supposedly going through quality control of which you have to wait a further 3-5 working days and even after being contacted by courier last night that delivery would be today and item still not arrived, contacted them again and was told supervisor would contact me but never did so called again and no update on expected delivery but don’t worry been told again supervisor will contact me tomorrow 🙈
